Viimeaikaiset tutkimustulokset ovat osoittaneet, ett\u00e4 kest\u00e4v\u00e4t n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmat oppimistilanteissa ovat t\u00e4rkeit\u00e4. T\u00e4m\u00e4 tarkoittaa sit\u00e4, kuinka jo opittua tietoa voidaan laajasti hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 uuden tiedon oppimisessa, kuinka uutta tietoa sovelletaan nopeasti sek\u00e4 kuinka yksil\u00f6n hyvinvointia tuetaan. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4\u00e4 suomalaisten poliisiesimiesten k\u00e4sityksi\u00e4 ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 oppimisesta ja selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, miten kest\u00e4v\u00e4n oppimisen n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmat n\u00e4iss\u00e4 esiintyv\u00e4t.\r\nT\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa yksil\u00f6kohtaisia teemahaastatteluja on analysoitu fenomenografisen tutkimusotteen avulla. Tavoitteena on ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4\u00e4 esimiesten k\u00e4sityksi\u00e4 kest\u00e4v\u00e4st\u00e4 ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 oppimisesta eri kategorioiden avulla. Poliisin ennalta est\u00e4v\u00e4st\u00e4 toiminnon yksik\u00f6st\u00e4 on t\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa mukana kahdeksan poliisiesimiest\u00e4. T\u00e4m\u00e4 tutkimus linkittyy \u201dL\u00e4hijohtaminen kest\u00e4v\u00e4n oppimisen edist\u00e4j\u00e4n\u00e4 ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4\u201d -nimiseen tutkimus- ja kehitt\u00e4mishankkeeseen.\r\nFenomenografista tutkimusanalyysi\u00e4 hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 l\u00f6ydettiin kuusi ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 oppimisen p\u00e4\u00e4kategoriaa, joissa kaikissa kest\u00e4v\u00e4n oppimisen n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmat nousivat esiin. Vain 5 %:ssa ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 oppimisen k\u00e4sityksiss\u00e4 ei kest\u00e4v\u00e4n oppimisen n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmia pystytty tunnistamaan.\r\nT\u00e4m\u00e4 tutkimus vahvistaa aikaisempia tutkimustuloksia kest\u00e4v\u00e4n oppi-misen n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmista sek\u00e4 ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 oppimisesta. Oppimistuloksia voitaisiin parantaa kest\u00e4v\u00e4n ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 oppimisen n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmia hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tulokset auttavat organisaatioita, esimiehi\u00e4 ja henkil\u00f6st\u00f6alan ammattilaisia suunnittelemaan ja toteuttamaan paremmin ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden kest\u00e4v\u00e4n ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 oppimisen mahdollisuuksia.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "Workplace learning is a complex phenomenon, which should be seen as an intertwined process from working and learning. Recent studies have shown that sustainable perspectives in learning situations are important, which means how widespread use of previous knowledge, rapid application of new knowledge and effects for well-being can be supported. The purpose of this study is to understand the conceptions of workplace learning from Finnish police supervisors and find out how the sustainable learning perspectives emerge or not.\r\nIn this study individual thematic interviews have been analyzed through a phenomenographic research approach aiming to understand the conceptions of supervisors and to create the description of categories in sustainable workplace learning. Eight police supervisors from the preventive action unit are the participants of this study that is part of the research and development project called \u201cLeading sustainable learning at work\u201d. \r\nThrough phenomenographic analysis six main categories of workplace learning were found and the sustainable learning perspectives emerged in all categories. There were only 5 % of the workplace learning conceptions that the sustainable learning perspectives could not be identified. \r\nThis study confirms that the findings of workplace learning, and sustain-able learning perspectives are similar compared to the research done. Learning outcomes can be improved through the understanding of workplace learning conceptions and sustainable learning perspectives.
