Analyysi tehtiin aineistol\u00e4ht\u00f6isell\u00e4, teoriaohjaavalla analyysilla.\nOpettajat ja koulunk\u00e4ynnin ohjaajat kuvasivat oppilaiden tukemisen keinoja monipuolisesti. Kuvausten perusteella aikuisten keskin\u00e4isell\u00e4 ty\u00f6njaolla ja yhteisill\u00e4 toimintak\u00e4yt\u00e4nteill\u00e4 oli suuri merkitys. Oppilaiden toiminnanohjauksen ja itseohjautuvuuden tukemista sek\u00e4 yksil\u00f6llisen ja erityisen tuen antamista kuvattiin eri tavoin. Kaverisuhteiden tukemista, oppilaiden keskin\u00e4ist\u00e4 yhteisty\u00f6t\u00e4, ja toisten auttamista pidettiin kuvausten mukaan t\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4. My\u00f6nteist\u00e4 toimintakulttuuria kuvattiin vahvistettavan tukemalla yhteis\u00f6llisyytt\u00e4. Oppilaiden palkitsemista ja kannustamista yhteisten toimintaohjeiden noudattamisesta kuvattiin monin tavoin.\nOpettajien ja koulunk\u00e4ynnin ohjaajien kuvauksista tehtyj\u00e4 havaintoja voidaan hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 suunniteltaessa peruskoulujen pedagogisia malleja sek\u00e4 oppilaiden tukemisen keinoja.
