Vaikka suuressa osassa ERP-j\u00e4rjestelmi\u00e4 on asiakkuudenhallintamoduuli (eng. Customer relationship management, lyh. \u201dCRM\u201d) sis\u00e4\u00e4nrakennettuna, jolla yritykset voivat hallita asiakassuhteita, ovat monet yritykset ottaneet k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n erillisen CRM-j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n. Nykytilanteessa useilla yrityksill\u00e4 j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4t ovat pysyneet my\u00f6s prosesseiltaan ja datan hallinnan osalta erillisin\u00e4. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan, miten n\u00e4iden j\u00e4rjestelmien integroiminen toisiinsa sek\u00e4 prosesseiltaan ett\u00e4 datan osalta vaikuttaa yritysten liiketoimintaprosesseihin ja tiedonhallintaan. Tutkielma toteutettiin kirjallisuuskatsauksena. Tutkielman aineistona oli tieteellisi\u00e4 artikkeleita sek\u00e4 kirjoja. Artikkeleita tutkimuksessa oli 43 ja kirjoja viisi. Aineiston haussa hy\u00f6dynnettiin JYKDOK- ja Google Scholar -tietokantoja. Aineiston analyysiss\u00e4 vertailtiin integroitujen j\u00e4rjestelmien eroja itsen\u00e4isiin j\u00e4rjestelmiin. Tutkielma osoittaa useita mahdollisia hy\u00f6tyj\u00e4, joita yritykset ja organisaatiot voivat saavuttaa integroimalla j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4t toisiinsa. Tutkielmassa huomattiin j\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4 integraation mahdollistavan tiedonhallinnon tehostumisen ja liiketoimintaprosessien suorituskyvyn paranemisen. Although many ERP systems include a built-in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module, allowing companies to manage customer relationships, many businesses have adopted separate CRM systems. In the current situation, these systems have remained separate in terms of both processes and data management. This study focuses on how integrating these systems can enable more efficient business processes and improved information management for companies. This study was conducted through literature analysis. The study included scientific articles as well as books. Total of 43 articles were chosen and fi books. JYKDOK and Google Scholar databases were used to collect the literature. In the analysis of the literature, the differences between integrated systems and independent systems were compared. In the thesis it was found that system integration enables information management to become more efficient and increase business processes efficiency.
