K\u00e4sitteen\u00e4 inkluusio on hyvin moniulotteinen, mik\u00e4 luo my\u00f6s inklusiivisen koulutuksen ja opetuksen k\u00e4sitteiden m\u00e4\u00e4rittelyyn omat haasteensa. T\u00e4m\u00e4 on johtanut siihen, etteiv\u00e4t koulutuspoliittiset linjaukset ja k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n toimet tahdo kohdata. Kansainv\u00e4listen ja suomalaisten tutkimusten mukaan inkluusiota tarkastellaan edelleen koulukonteksteissa erityisopetuksen n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmaan keskittyen, vaikka inkluusiota tulisi tarkastella koko kouluyhteis\u00f6n kehitt\u00e4misen n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. \nT\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa l\u00e4hestymistapana k\u00e4ytettiin fenomenografista tutkimusotetta. Tutkimusaineisto ker\u00e4ttiin teemahaastatteluilla viidelt\u00e4 alakoulun opettajalta Pohjois-Savon alueelta, osa opettajista ty\u00f6skenteli yhten\u00e4iskoulussa. Haastatteluaineisto analysoitiin fenomenografisesti ryhmitellen merkitysyksikk\u00f6j\u00e4 ala- ja yl\u00e4kategorioihin. Kolmen yl\u00e4kategorian pohjalta on rakennettu horisontaalinen kuvauskategoriaj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4. \nOpettajien k\u00e4sityksist\u00e4 muodostuivat seuraavat kuvauskategoriat: koulun \ninklusiivisen toimintakulttuurin kehitt\u00e4minen koulutusj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n teht\u00e4v\u00e4n\u00e4, \npedagogisen yhteis\u00f6n n\u00e4k\u00f6kulma koulun kehitt\u00e4miseen ja oppilaiden osallisuuden tukemisen n\u00e4k\u00f6kulma opetusty\u00f6ss\u00e4. Kuvauskategoriat muodostivat tutkimuksen p\u00e4\u00e4tulokset. \nTutkimus toi esille, ett\u00e4 oppilaiden moninaisuuteen ja tuen tarpeisiin pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n vastaamaan k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6nl\u00e4heisesti opetussuunnitelmaa ja tuen kolmiportaisuutta soveltaen. Inklusiivisen koulun toimintakulttuurin kehitt\u00e4miseen vaikuttavat opettajien k\u00e4sityksien mukaan arvot, asenteet, resurssit ja sitoutuminen \nmuutosty\u00f6h\u00f6n.
