Jatkuvasti muuttuva ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4 haastaa ty\u00f6hyvinvointia ja HR-ammattilaiset ovat kriittisess\u00e4 asemassa ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin edist\u00e4misess\u00e4. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli saada tietoa HR-ammattilaisten ty\u00f6hyvinvointia kuormittavista ja edist\u00e4vist\u00e4 tekij\u00f6ist\u00e4 sek\u00e4 keinoista tukea ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden hyvinvointia. Tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisena tutkimuksena. Tutkimusaineisto muodostuu kuuden poliisissa ty\u00f6skentelev\u00e4n HR-ammattilaisen puolistrukturoidusta teemahaastattelusta. Aineisto analysoitiin temaattisena analyysin\u00e4 hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4en teoriaohjaavaa l\u00e4hestymistapaa. Tulokset osoittivat ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin koostuvan psykososiaalisista, ty\u00f6teht\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4n liittyvist\u00e4 ja organisatorisista tekij\u00f6ist\u00e4. Ty\u00f6hyvinvointi m\u00e4\u00e4riteltiin kokonaisuutena, jota edisti erityisesti ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6 ja ilmapiiri. Ty\u00f6hyvinvointia puolestaan kuormittivat organisaation toiminnan haasteet ja johtamismallit. HR-ammattilaiset kokivat omat ja organisaation tarjoamat hyvinvoinnin tukemisen keinot osittain riitt\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00f6miksi huolimatta tietyist\u00e4 organisaation k\u00e4yt\u00e4nteist\u00e4 ja omasta pyrkimyksest\u00e4 tukea ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnin prosesseja HR-roolissa. Tutkimus antaa lis\u00e4\u00e4 arvokasta tietoa ty\u00f6hyvinvoinnista erityisesti HR-ammattilaisten n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta poliisikontekstissa. Poliisissa voidaan edist\u00e4\u00e4 ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden ty\u00f6hyvinvointia tarjoamalla HR-ammattilaisille parhaat edellytykset yll\u00e4pit\u00e4\u00e4 sek\u00e4 omaa ett\u00e4 muiden hyvinvointia.
