Tavoitteena oli selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, ovatko johdolta saatu tuki sek\u00e4 ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n kunnioittava vuorovaikutus yhteydess\u00e4 opettajan min\u00e4pystyvyyteen luokkahuoneen hallinnassa sek\u00e4 muuntaako johdon tuki tai ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n kunnioittava vuorovaikutus opettajan min\u00e4pystyvyytt\u00e4 selitt\u00e4vien tekij\u00f6iden yhteytt\u00e4. Lis\u00e4ksi haluttiin selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, ovatko aiemmissa tutkimuksissa havaitut tekij\u00e4t, kuten opetuskokemus, stressi ja tuen tarpeisten oppilaiden m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 yhteydess\u00e4 opettajan min\u00e4pystyvyysuskomuksiin luokkahuoneen hallinnassa.\nTutkimuksen aineisto on ker\u00e4tty osana InterLearn tutkimushanketta. Tutkimukseen osallistui yhteens\u00e4 40 luokanopettajaa, jotka ty\u00f6skenteliv\u00e4t 3. ja 4. luokan opettajina. Aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin s\u00e4hk\u00f6isell\u00e4 kyselylomakkeella, johon opettajat vastasivat tammi-helmikuussa 2023. Aineiston analyysissa k\u00e4ytettiin lineaarista hierarkkista regressioanalyysia. Tutkimuksesta saatujen tulosten mukaan opetuskokemuksen ja johdon autonomisen tuen kasvaessa opettajan min\u00e4pystyvyys luokkahuoneen hallinnassa kasvoi. Puolestaan ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n kunnioittavan vuorovaikutuksen kasvaessa opettajan min\u00e4pystyvyys luokkahuoneen hallinnassa heikkeni. Johdon autonominen tuki muunsi tuen tarpeisten oppilaiden m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4n yhteytt\u00e4 opettajan min\u00e4pystyvyyteen luokkahuoneen hallinnassa. Tuen tarpeisten oppilaiden yhteys opettajan min\u00e4pystyvyyteen oli v\u00e4h\u00e4isempi, jos opettaja koki johdon autonomisen tuen korkeaksi. Puolestaan tuen tarpeisten oppilaiden yhteys opettajan min\u00e4pystyvyyteen oli voimakkaampi, jos opettaja koki johdon autonomisen tuen matalaksi.\nTutkimus tuotti uutta tietoa johdon ja ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6n merkityksest\u00e4 opettajan min\u00e4pystyvyydelle. Tutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin kahden eri johtajuusmuodon yhteytt\u00e4 opettajan min\u00e4pystyvyyteen, ja havaittiin, ett\u00e4 vain johdon autonominen tuki oli yhteydess\u00e4 opettajan min\u00e4pystyvyyteen luokkahuoneen hallinnassa. The aim was to find out whether the support received from the management and the respectful interaction of the work community are related to the teacher's self-efficacy in classroom management, and whether the support of the management or the respectful interaction of the work community changes the connection of the factors explaining the teacher's self-efficacy. In addition, the purpose was to find out whether the factors observed in previous studies, such as teaching experience, stress and the number of students in need of support, are connected to the teacher's self-efficacy beliefs in classroom management.\nThe research material has been collected as part of the InterLearn research project. A total of 40 class teachers who worked as 3rd and 4th grade teachers participated in the study. The data was collected using an electronic questionnaire, which the teachers answered in January-February 2023. Linear hierarchical regression analysis was used in the analysis of the data. According to the results obtained from the study, as the teaching experience and autonomous support of the management increased, the teacher's self-efficacy in managing the classroom increased. On the other hand, as the respectful interaction of the work community increased, the teacher's self-efficacy in managing the classroom weakened. The management's autonomous support changed the relationship between the number of students in need of support and the teacher's self-efficacy in managing the classroom. The connection of students in need of support to the teacher's self-efficacy was lower if the teacher perceived the management's autonomous support to be high. On the other hand, the connection of students in need of support to the teacher's self-efficacy was stronger if the teacher felt that the management's autonomous support was low.\nThe research produced new information about the importance of management and the work community for the teacher's self-efficacy. The study examined the relationship between two different forms of leadership and the teacher's self-efficacy, and it was found that only the autonomous support of the management was connected to the teacher's self-efficacy in managing the classroom.
