Inflaatio oli vuosien 2019 ja 2023 v\u00e4lill\u00e4 nopeaa ja kuluttajien ansiotaso ei noussut hintojen nousun mukana, joten kuluttajat joutuivat muokkaamaan kulutustottumuksiaan. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa selvitet\u00e4\u00e4n 11 eri hy\u00f6dykekategorian hintajoustoja sis\u00e4lt\u00e4en yleisimm\u00e4t elintarvike p\u00e4\u00e4tuotekategoriat.\n\nTutkimuksessa k\u00e4siteltiin kysynn\u00e4n hintajoustoja, kysynn\u00e4n tulojoustoja sek\u00e4 kysynn\u00e4n ristijoustoja. Tutkimuksessa k\u00e4ytetty\u00e4 dataa voidaan pit\u00e4\u00e4 ainutlaatuisena, sill\u00e4 se kattaa jopa 96 prosenttia Suomessa myydyist\u00e4 p\u00e4ivitt\u00e4istavarahy\u00f6dykkeist\u00e4.\n\nKeskeiseksi lopputulokseksi saatiin kysynn\u00e4n hintajouston arvoksi -0,54 prosenttia sek\u00e4 kysynn\u00e4n tulojouston arvoksi 2,15 prosenttia.
