Opiskelijoiden k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n tarjottiin Vesa Nissisen kehitt\u00e4m\u00e4 syv\u00e4johtamisen viitekehykseen pohjautuva palautej\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4, joka avulla opiskelijat arvioivat opettamisen ja vuorovaikutusk\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymisen teoriapohja koostuu musiikkikasvatuksen\nsyv\u00e4johtamisen teoreettisesta . Tieteenfilosofisena ja metodologisena perustana hy\u00f6dynnettiin kriittist\u00e4 realismia\nja fenomenologiaa.\nT utkimuksessa yhdistettiin tapaustutkimuksen ja toimintatutkimuksen elementtej\u00e4, ja ty\u00f6n p\u00e4\u00e4tavoitteena oli tutkia tarjotun syv\u00e4johtamisen viitekehykseen pohjautuvan ty\u00f6kalun soveltuvuutta musiikkikasvatuksen opintojen arviointiin, sek\u00e4 toissijaisesti my\u00f6s arvioida ja kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 kurssin arviointik\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6j\u00e4 yhdess\u00e4 kurssin opettajan kanssa. Laadullinen haastatteluaineisto (N=12) ker\u00e4ttiin 20.2.-25.2.2023 v\u00e4lisen\u00e4 aikana, ja se analysoitiin laadullisten menetelmien sek\u00e4 sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysin avulla.\nSyv\u00e4johtamisen viitekehys osoittautui toimivaksi itsearvioinnin ja vertaisarvioinnin ty\u00f6kaluksi, lis\u00e4ten opiskelijoiden kyky\u00e4 reflektoida omaa oppimistaan sek\u00e4 opetusmetodeja. J\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4llinen ja rakenteellinen palaute edisti opiskelijoiden itsetuntemusta, sek\u00e4 auttoi heit\u00e4 tuomaan pedagogisia valintojaan n\u00e4kyv\u00e4ksi. Toisaalta tutkimus toi esiin my\u00f6s haasteita, kuten viitekehyksen ja arviointilomakkeen k\u00e4yt\u00f6n opettelun ja kunnollisen t\u00e4ytt\u00e4misen vaativan aika- ja resurssikulutuksen. Mahdollistaviksi tekij\u00f6iksi nousivat opettajan aktiivinen tuki ja opiskelijoiden avoin asenne uusia menetelmi\u00e4 kohtaan, kun taas merkitt\u00e4viksi esteiksi nousivat ajallinen resurssipula ja mallin soveltamisen haasteet.\nTulosten pohjalta on selv\u00e4\u00e4, ett\u00e4 syv\u00e4johtamisen viitekehyksen soveltaminen musiikkikasvatuksessa vaatii jatkuvaa kehitt\u00e4mist\u00e4 ja tukiresurssien vahvistamista. Tulosten pohjalta kurssin aikana k\u00e4ytett\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 palautelomaketta sovellettiin yksinkertaisempaan muotoon. A feedback system, developed by Vesa Nissinen and based on the framework of transformational leadership, was provided for students to assess the implementation of teaching and interactive behavior. The theoretical foundation of the study comprises theoretical frameworks of the societal role of music education and the conceptualization of transformational leadership. A combination of critical realism and phenomenology served as the philosophical and methodological foundation for the study.\n\nThe study combined elements of case study and action research, with the primary aim of exploring the applicability of the transformational leadership framework-based tool for the assessment of music education studies. Additionally, it aimed to evaluate and develop the course's assessment practices in collaboration with the course instructors. Qualitative interview data (N=12) were collected from February 20th to February 25th, 2023, and analyzed using qualitative methods and content analysis.\n\nThe transformational leadership framework proved effective as a tool for self-assessment and peer assessment, enhancing students' ability to reflect on their learning and teaching methods. Systematic and structured feedback increased students' self-awareness and helped them articulate their pedagogical choices. However, the study also highlighted challenges such as the time and resource demands of learning and properly completing the framework and assessment form. Enabling factors included the active support of the instructor and students' open attitude towards new methods, while significant obstacles were the lack of time resources and challenges in applying the model.\n\nThe results indicate that the application of the transformational leadership framework in music education requires continuous development and reinforcement of support resources. Based on the findings, the feedback form used during the course was simplified.
