T\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkielmassa tarkasteltiin eettisi\u00e4 haasteita, \njoita teko\u00e4lyn hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4misest\u00e4 rekrytoinnissa voi seurata. Tutkielma toteutettiin \nkirjallisuuskatsauksena, ja tutkielman l\u00e4hdeaineisto ker\u00e4ttiin tietokannoista \navainsanoja k\u00e4ytt\u00e4en. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkielmassa yhdistettiin muiden tutkijoiden \nhavaintoja l\u00f6ydetyist\u00e4 eettisist\u00e4 haasteista ja t\u00e4ten luotiin yhten\u00e4inen analyysi \neettisist\u00e4 haasteista, joita teko\u00e4lyn k\u00e4ytt\u00f6 rekrytoinnissa voi tuoda esiin. Companies want to invest more in the recruit\nment process, because the importance of high-quality personnel has grown sig\nnificantly in companies over the years. With the help of artificial intelligence, the \nprocess can be made more efficient regarding resources such as time and money. \nIn order to be implemented in HR processes fairly and safely, the effect of artifi\ncial intelligence on processes must be critically examined. This thesis examined \nthe ethical challenges that the use of artificial intelligence in recruitment can fol\nlow. The study was carried out as a literature review, and the study's source ma\nterial was collected from databases using keywords. In this thesis, the observa\ntions of other researchers were combined, thus creating a comprehensive analysis \nof the ethical problems that the use of artificial intelligence in recruitment can \nbring forth. Results indicated that the major ethical challenges identified are pri\nvacy concerns, explainability of artificial intelligence, possibility of discrimina\ntion and lack of empathy. The results showed that there are many ethically chal\nlenging circumstances, which must be considered in the development and review \nof recruitment artificial intelligence in order to avoid problematic situations.
