T\u00e4m\u00e4n osatutkimuksen aineisto on ker\u00e4tty vuosina 2021\u20132023 ja se koostui 1427 e-kyselyvastaajasta, jotka on tavoitettu tutkimukseen osallistujiksi erilaisten MEANWELL-hankkeen aineistonkeruuvaiheiden kautta.\n\nT\u00e4m\u00e4n pro gradu \u2013tutkielman tarkoituksena oli selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 millaisia ty\u00f6n merkitysten \nja ty\u00f6n t\u00e4yttymysten yhdistelmi\u00e4 eli kokemusprofiileja aineistossa esiintyy ja miten ne eroavat toisistaan ty\u00f6n vaatimuksissa ja voimavaroissa sek\u00e4 negatiivisessa ja positiivisessa affektiivisuudessa.\n\nHavaitsimme aineistosta K-klusterianalyysin avulla nelj\u00e4 ty\u00f6n merkitysten profiilia: ty\u00f6lt\u00e4 paljon odottavat (28 %), perustarpeet ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 t\u00e4rkeint\u00e4 (33 %), ty\u00f6lt\u00e4 v\u00e4h\u00e4n odottavat (17 %) ja perustarpeet ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 v\u00e4hiten t\u00e4rkeint\u00e4 (21 %) sek\u00e4 nelj\u00e4 ty\u00f6n t\u00e4yttymysten profiilia: yhteis\u00f6keskeisyys ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 ei t\u00e4yty (21 %), ty\u00f6n t\u00e4yttymyksi\u00e4 keskitasoisesti kokevat (32 %), ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 ei koeta t\u00e4yttymyst\u00e4 (19 %) ja laajasti ty\u00f6n t\u00e4yttymyksi\u00e4 kokevat (29 %).\n\nTy\u00f6n merkitysten profiilien osalta vain positiivisella ja negatiivisella affektiivisuudella oli yhteys profiilien muodostumiseen, kun taas ty\u00f6n t\u00e4yttymysten profiilien osalta kaikilla p\u00e4\u00e4muuttujilla oli yhteys profiilien muodostumiseen. T\u00e4m\u00e4 tutkimus nostaa esiin erityisesti affektiivisuuden yhteyden ty\u00f6n merkityksellisyyden kokemisessa, mik\u00e4 on t\u00e4rke\u00e4 n\u00e4k\u00f6kulma tuoda osaksi ty\u00f6n merkityksellisyyden keskustelua, sill\u00e4 ulkoisilla tekij\u00f6ill\u00e4, kuten ty\u00f6oloilla, voidaan vaikuttaa merkityksellisyyden kokemiseen vain jonkin verran ihmisten sis\u00e4isten tekij\u00f6iden ollessa my\u00f6s yhteydess\u00e4 merkityksellisyyden kokemiseen.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "This research is a part of the MEANWELL - Meaningful work as a source of well-being in organizations \u2013research project. The data of our research was collected during 2021\u20132023 and it consisted of 1427 e-survey respondents who have been approached as participants in the study through the data collection phases of the MEANWELL \u2013project. \n\nThe aim of our study was to examine what kind of vocational meaning and fulfillment experience profiles can be found in the data and how these profiles differ from each other in job demands, job resources as well as in negative and positive affectivity. \n\nUsing the K-means cluster analysis we detected four different vocational meaning \nprofiles: expecting a lot from work (28 %), basic needs are the most important at work (33 %), expecting a little from work (17 %) and basic needs are the least important at work (21 %) and four vocational fulfillment profiles: unfilled community at work (21 %), average vocational fulfillment (32 %), vocational non-fulfillment (19 %) and extensive vocational fulfillment (29 %). \n\nFor the vocational meaning profiles only positive and negative affectivity had a \nconnection with the formation of the profiles, whereas for the vocational fulfillment profiles all the main variables had a connection with the formation of the profiles.
