Organisaation tietol\u00e4hteet jakautuvat asiantuntijoiden ty\u00f6kokemuksen kautta muodostuneeseen hiljaiseen tietoon, organisaation sis\u00e4isiin tietol\u00e4hteisiin sek\u00e4 ulkoisiin asiakkaalle suunnattuihin materiaaleihin. Hajautettu tietosis\u00e4lt\u00f6 tuo haasteita tiedon l\u00f6ydett\u00e4vyyteen ja hallintaan. Tapaustutkimuksen tarkoituksena on kartoittaa kohdeyrityksen eri tukikanavien kautta tapahtuvaa tiedonjakoprosessia ja l\u00f6yt\u00e4\u00e4 kehityskohteita yrityksen tietosis\u00e4lt\u00f6jen hallintaan. Tutkimus on toteutettu laadullisena haastattelututkimuksena kohderyhm\u00e4n\u00e4 yrityksen sovellustuen asiantuntijat. Teoriapohjana tutkimuksen empiiriselle osiolle toimii kuvaileva kirjallisuuskatsaus. Kirjallisuuskatsauksessa perehdyt\u00e4\u00e4n tieto- ja teknologiapalveluiden k\u00e4sitteisiin, tiedon rakentumiseen organisaatioymp\u00e4rist\u00f6ss\u00e4, IT tukipalveluihin ja niiden hallintaan sek\u00e4 tietojohtamisen teoriamalleihin. Tiedonhallinnan prosessimalli sek\u00e4 organisaation sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nhallinnan teoriassa esiin nousseet n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmat toimivat perustana empiirisen osion haastattelurungolle. Tutkimustuloksista esiin nousi tiedon yll\u00e4pidon ja vastuuroolien merkitys toimivassa tiedonjakoprosessissa. Samalla organisaation tietokulttuuri vaikuttaa suuresti tiedon jakamisen onnistumiseen. Tietol\u00e4hteiden personointi asiakastarpeeseen on ajankohtainen tulevaisuuden kehityssuunta tiedon jakamiselle. Keskitetty tiedonhallintaj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4 mahdollistaa tietol\u00e4hteiden paremman hallinnoinnin. Samoin teko\u00e4lytoiminnot mahdollistavat ohjaamisen oikeisiin tietol\u00e4hteisiin sek\u00e4 hakutoimintojen optimoinnin asiakastarpeeseen.
