Reformi vaikutti eniten ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4 oppimisen m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4n kasvuun ja sit\u00e4 kautta ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4n edustajien ja ty\u00f6paikkojen opetusvastuu lis\u00e4\u00e4ntyi. Tutkimuksessa selvitettiin, mitk\u00e4 ovat ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4 oppimisen jakson onnistumiseen vaikuttavat tekij\u00e4t ja mink\u00e4lainen merkitys koetaan ty\u00f6kyvyn ja hyvinvoinnin yll\u00e4pit\u00e4misen tutkinnon osan opettamisella olevan ammatillisessa koulutuksessa. Lis\u00e4ksi tutkimuksessa selvitettiin, millaiset mahdollisuudet ty\u00f6kyvyn ja hyvinvoinnin yll\u00e4pit\u00e4misen tutkinnon osan osaamistavoitteiden sis\u00e4llytt\u00e4misell\u00e4 ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4 oppimisen jaksolle voisi olla sek\u00e4 voitaisiinko sill\u00e4 vaikuttaa opiskelijoiden fyysisen toimintakyvyn yll\u00e4pit\u00e4miseen, ty\u00f6kykyisyyteen sek\u00e4 liikuntasuhteeseen. Ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4n edustajien, opettajien ja opiskelijoiden n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta aihetta on tutkittu vain v\u00e4h\u00e4n, jonka vuoksi n\u00e4k\u00f6kulma valittiin. \n \nTutkimuksen aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4n edustajien, opettajien ja opiskelijoiden puolistrukturoiduin haastatteluin. Litteroitua aineistoa kertyi 79 sivua fonttikoolla 12. Aineisto analysoitiin aineistol\u00e4ht\u00f6isen sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysin keinoin. Sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysin avulla pyrittiin lis\u00e4\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 haastateltavien kokemuksista. T\u00e4m\u00e4n takia tutkimuksen tieteenfilosofinen l\u00e4ht\u00f6kohta on fenomenologis- - hermeneuttinen. \n\nTutkimuksen perusteella ty\u00f6ss\u00e4oppimisen onnistumiseen vaikuttavia tekij\u00f6it\u00e4 ovat ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4 ohjaamiseen varatut resurssit, vastuunjako koulutuksen j\u00e4rjest\u00e4j\u00e4n kanssa sek\u00e4 yhteisty\u00f6- ja vuorovaikutustaidot kolmikantayhteis\u00f6n eli ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4n edustajan, koulutuksen j\u00e4rjest\u00e4j\u00e4n edustajan sek\u00e4 opiskelijan v\u00e4lill\u00e4. Ty\u00f6kyvyn ja hyvinvoinnin yll\u00e4pit\u00e4misen tutkinnon osan opettaminen oppilaitoksessa koettiin t\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4 opiskelijoiden oman fyysisen toimintakyvyn ja hyvinvoinnin tilan ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4miseen sek\u00e4 liikuntasuhteen l\u00f6ytymiseen. Sit\u00e4 kautta yhteys ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4 jaksamiseen ja ty\u00f6kykyisyyden yll\u00e4pit\u00e4miseen ymm\u00e4rrettiin. Ty\u00f6kyvyn ja hyvinvoinnin yll\u00e4pit\u00e4misen tutkinnon osan sis\u00e4llytt\u00e4minen ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4 oppimiseen jaksoon n\u00e4htiin integroinnin keinoin mahdolliseksi. Lis\u00e4ksi koettiin, ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4n esimerkill\u00e4 ja kannustuksella liikkumiseen voisi olla positiivinen vaikutus opiskelijan fyysisen toimintakyvyn yll\u00e4pit\u00e4miseen. Integroinnilla ei kuitenkaan haluta poistaa liikunnan ja hyvinvointitekij\u00f6iden opetusta oppilaitoksesta, koska ne koettiin opiskelijoiden fyysisen toimintakyvyn yll\u00e4pit\u00e4misen ja kehitt\u00e4misen kannalta t\u00e4rkein\u00e4 opintoina. \n\nTutkimuksen perusteella liikuntaa tulisi lis\u00e4t\u00e4 oppilaitoksissa sek\u00e4 tarkastella integroinnin mahdollisuutta laajemmin. Integrointia voidaan lis\u00e4t\u00e4 sek\u00e4 ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4 oppimisen jaksolle, kuormittamatta kuitenkaan ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4n edustajia sek\u00e4 ammatillisiin opintoihin. The main impact of the reform was the increase in the amount of work-based learning, which increased the teaching responsibilities of employers and workplaces. The study explored the factors that influence the success of a period of work-based learning and the perceived importance of teaching a component on maintaining work capacity and well-being in VET. The study also explored the potential of including the objectives of the competences of the Work Capability and Wellbeing component in the work-based learning sequence and whether this could have an impact on students' physical fitness, work ability and physical activity attitudes. There has been little research on this topic from the perspective of working life representatives, teachers and students, which is why this perspective was chosen.\n\nThe data was collected through semi-structured interviews with representatives of working life, teachers and students. The transcribed data consisted of 79 pages with font size 12. The data was analyzed using a data-driven content analysis. Content analysis was used to increase understanding of the experiences of the interviewees. For this reason, the scientific-philosophical approach of the study is phenomenological-hermeneutic.\n\nAccording to the study, the factors that influence the success of work-based learning are the resources allocated to guidance in working life, the division of responsibilities with the training provider, and the cooperation and interaction skills between the tripartite community, i.e. the representative of working life, the representative of the training provider and the student. The teaching of the fitness and wellbeing component of the qualification in the educational institution was seen as important in relation to the students' understanding of their own physical fitness and wellbeing status and their ability to find a relationship with physical activity. Through this, the link to work-life balance and maintaining job satisfaction was understood. It was seen as possible to include a module on maintaining fitness and wellbeing at work in the work-based learning module by means of integration. It was also felt that the example of working life and encouragement to exercise could have a positive effect on the maintenance of physical fitness and well-being of students. However, integration was not intended to remove the teaching of physical activity and well-being from the institution, as these were seen as important subjects for the maintenance and development of students' physical fitness.\n\nThe study suggests that more physical education should be provided in schools and that the possibility of integration should be explored more widely. Integration can be increased both in the work-based learning cycle, without overburdening those in the workplace, and in vocational studies.
