Suomalainen \nvalmennuskulttuuri el\u00e4\u00e4 murrosvaiheessa, jossa vanhat valmennusmetodit joutuvat uudelleen \narvioitaviksi. On merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, millaisia k\u00e4sityksi\u00e4 valmentajilla on taitojen \noppimisesta, joka on hyvin keskeist\u00e4 varhaisen erikoistumisen lajissa, kuten \nmuodostelmaluistelussa. \nTutkimuksen teoreettinen viitekehys muodostui yleisimmin k\u00e4ytettyjen motorisen oppimisen \nm\u00e4\u00e4ritelmien ymp\u00e4rille sek\u00e4 uusimpiin taidon oppimista k\u00e4sitteleviin teorioihin, kuten \nekologiseen dynamiikkaan ja nonlineaariseen pedagogiikkaan. \nTutkimus toteutettiin laadullisilla tutkimusmenetelmill\u00e4. Tutkimuksen aineisto muodostui \nviiden muodostelmaluisteluvalmentajan puolistrukturoiduista teemahaastatteluista. Aineiston \nanalyysi toteutettiin hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 fenomenografista analyysi\u00e4 sek\u00e4 sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysi\u00e4.\nValmentajien k\u00e4sitykset taidon oppimisesta jakautuivat harjoitteluun, tiedostettuun ja \ntiedostamattomaan oppimiseen, progressiiviseen oppimisprosessiin sek\u00e4 oppimisen \ntunnusmerkkeihin. Lis\u00e4ksi yksil\u00f6llisten erojen ja oppimisymp\u00e4rist\u00f6n n\u00e4htiin olevan yhteydess\u00e4 \ntaitojen oppimiseen. Taitojen oppimista pyrittiin edist\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n n\u00e4yt\u00f6ill\u00e4 ja mielikuvilla, \nvaihtelevilla palautteenantomenetelmill\u00e4, monipuolisella harjoittelulla, yksil\u00f6llisen kehityksen \nhuomioimisella ja valmennuksen suunnittelulla. Motoristen perustaitojen merkitys puolestaan \nn\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytyi lajiharjoittelun sis\u00e4ll\u00f6iss\u00e4, yleisen liikuntakyvykkyyden kannalta ja kauden \njaksotuksessa. \nLapsuusvaiheen harjoittelussa tulisi huomioida monipuolisuus ja motoristen perustaitojen \nharjoittaminen. Lis\u00e4ksi valmentajien tulisi huomioida taitojen oppimisen yksil\u00f6lliset erot, \nprogressiivisuus ja siirtovaikutus. Varhaisella erikoistumisella muodostelmaluisteluun ei t\u00e4m\u00e4n \ntutkimuksen valossa n\u00e4hty merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 haittaa lapsen kasvulle ja kehitykselle. Valmentajat \nkuitenkin tiedostivat riskin motoristen perustaitojen ep\u00e4tasaiselle harjoittelulle ja \nkehittymiselle. T\u00e4m\u00e4 tutkimus tuo esille valmentajien erilaisia k\u00e4sityksi\u00e4 taidon oppimisesta \nsek\u00e4 pohdintaa tulevaisuuden lajivalmennuksesta muodostelmaluistelussa.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "The aim of this study was to investigate what kind of perceptions coaches have about skill \nacquisition in synchronized skating. In addition, the purpose was also to find out how coaches \npromote skill acquisition in training situations and how the relevance of fundamental movement\nskills was shown in sport-specific training. Finnish coaching culture is changing and therefore\nold coaching methods have to be re-evaluated. It is important to investigate what kind of \nperceptions coaches have about skill acquisition, which is in the main focus in a sport of early \nspecialization, such as synchronized skating.\nThe theoretical framework of this study was built around the most commonly used definitions \nof skill acquisition and motor learning as well as the theories of skill acquisition, such as \necological dynamics and nonlinear pedagogy.\nThe study was conducted using qualitative research methods. The research data consisted of \nsemi-structured interviews by five synchronized skating coaches in Finland. The data was \nanalysed by using phenomenographic analysis and content analysis.\nThe coaches' perceptions of skill acquisition were divided into a practice, a conscious and \nunconscious learning, a progressive learning process, and characteristics of learning. In \naddition, individual differences and the learning environment were seen to be connected to the \nskill acquisition. The skill acquisition was promoted with demonstrations and imaginations, \nvaried feedback methods, variations of training, consideration of individual development and \nplanning. The importance of fundamental movement skills was shown in the content of sport \ntraining, physical capacity, and periods of a season.\nVersatility and the practice of fundamental movement skills should be taken into account in \nchildhood training. In addition, coaches should take into account children`s individual \ndifferences, progressivity and transfer. In this study, early specialization in synchronized\nskating was not seen to have any significant harm to the children`s growth and development.\nHowever, the coaches were aware that there is a risk of fundamental movement skills\ndevelopment if the training does not include manipulative movement skills.
