Aihetta ei ole tutkittu tietoj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4tieteen alalla kattavasti.\nMahdollisten tietoj\u00e4rjestelmien tai teknologioiden silkka volyymim\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4\naiheuttaa sen, ett\u00e4 aiheella on laaja m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4 n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmia, joita tutkia. Aiheeseen on\nmy\u00f6s mahdollista liitt\u00e4\u00e4 psykologinen puoli ihmiselementtiin liittyvien\nteorioiden kautta. Kaikki haastateltavat edustavat eri yrityst\u00e4, toimialaa, ja\ntapausta, vaikkakin kaikilla haastateltavilla on yhteist\u00e4 pilvipohjaisen\ntietoj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n hankintaprosessi. haastattelukysymykset muodostettiin\nkirjallisuuskatsauksen perusteella.\nTutkimuksen l\u00f6yd\u00f6kset ovat osittain linjassa aikaisemman tutkimuksen\nkanssa. Suurin ero l\u00f6ytyi vaikutuksen m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4st\u00e4, joka tekij\u00f6ill\u00e4 on. The shear amount of information technologies and systems that\ncan be procured causes the viewpoints on the area to be excessively varied thus\nlacking in research. The topic includes also a psychological side in it through\ntheories regarding human element in decision making, such as contingency\ntheory.\nThe research consists of two main sections. The first one is a literature\nreview section. In this section, earlier research is reviewed to bring basis to the\nempirical section. The second part is the empirical section which was conducted\nin a form of a case study. The case study aims to find out the factors that affect a\n\ncloud-based procurement process. The material is gathered through semi-\nstructures interviews. The interviewees represent different companies, fields of\n\nwork as well as different cases though they all have in common the cloud-based\nprocurement process. The interview questions were formed from the basis of the\nliterature review section of the research.\nThe findings from the case study align partly with the results from the\nearlier research on the topic. Main differences can be seen in the amount of affect\nthat the factors have, especially in security and user experience. Whilst the earlier\nresearch mention security as an affecting factor often, this research only mentions\nit once.
