Fysiologista tutkimusta slopestylen akuuteista harjoitusvasteista on tehty v\u00e4h\u00e4n. Laji vaatii urheilijalta \u00e4\u00e4rimm\u00e4ist\u00e4 taitoa, sek\u00e4 fyysisi\u00e4 ominaisuuksia, eik\u00e4 sit\u00e4 voi t\u00e4ysin verrata muihin samankaltaisiin lumilajeihin. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tarkoitus on antaa kuvaa slopestylelaskijan kokemasta harjoitusp\u00e4iv\u00e4n aikaisesta kuormituksesta ja pohtia mitk\u00e4 menetelm\u00e4t olisivat valmennuksen kannalta hy\u00f6dyllisimpi\u00e4 kuormituksen seurantaan. Yhten\u00e4 tavoitteena on my\u00f6s luoda n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmia jatkotutkimusta varten.\n\nMenetelm\u00e4t. Tutkimuksessa 7 nuorta (19\u201322-vuotiasta) miest\u00e4 suoritti kahtena p\u00e4iv\u00e4n\u00e4 20 laskun mittaisen harjoituksen. Mitattuja muuttujia ennen harjoitusta olivat leposyke, palautuneisuuden tunne, lihasarkuuden tunne VAS janan avulla mitattuna, lepolaktaatti sek\u00e4 seerumin testosteroni, kortisoli, myoglobiini- ja kreatiinikinaasiarvot. Harjoituksen aikana mitattiin sykett\u00e4, laktaattia 5 laskun v\u00e4lein sek\u00e4 jokaisen laskun osalta koetun kuormituksen arvio (RPE) k\u00e4ytt\u00e4en 10-portaista RPE-asteikkoa. Ennen harjoitusta mitattujen muuttujien mittaus toistettiin harjoituksen j\u00e4lkeen, ja n\u00e4iden lis\u00e4ksi kysyttiin koko harjoitusta arvioiva session RPE. Kolmantena p\u00e4iv\u00e4n\u00e4 suoritettiin alkumittausta vastannut seurantamittaus.\n\nTulokset. Harjoituksissa mitattu keskisyke vaihteli v\u00e4lill\u00e4 99\u2013124 ly\u00f6nti\u00e4 minuutissa ja maksimisyke v\u00e4lill\u00e4 160\u2013195 ly\u00f6nti\u00e4 minuutissa. Testosteronin ja kreatiinikinaasin osalta ei havaittu tilastollisesti merkitsevi\u00e4 eroja mink\u00e4\u00e4n mittapisteiden v\u00e4lill\u00e4. Myoglobiinin ja kortisolin osalta havaittiin tilastollisesti merkitsevi\u00e4 muutoksia (p<0,05), kummankin osalta kolmessa eri tarkasteluv\u00e4liss\u00e4. Muutoksen suunta vaihteli riippuen mit\u00e4 v\u00e4li\u00e4 tarkasteltiin. Hormonaalisten ja lihasvaurion markkereiden sek\u00e4 TRIMP (training impulse \u2013 harjoitus impulssi) ja RPE arvojen v\u00e4lill\u00e4 ei ollut tilastollisesti merkitsev\u00e4\u00e4 riippuvuutta. Tilastollinen merkitsevyys l\u00f6ydettiin TRIMP ja session RPE arvojen v\u00e4lilt\u00e4. Veren laktaattipitoisuudessa ei havaittu tilastollisesti merkitsevi\u00e4 muutoksia lepotilanteen ja kuormitustilanteen v\u00e4lill\u00e4. Lihasarkuudessa ja palautuneisuuden tunteessa ei havaittu tilastollisesti merkitsev\u00e4\u00e4 muutosta mittauspisteiden v\u00e4lill\u00e4.\n\nJohtop\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6kset. Tutkimuksen perusteella voidaan sanoa, ett\u00e4 slopestyle harjoitus saattaa aiheuttaa fysiologisesti merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 kuormitusta. Olisi siis suositeltavaa, ett\u00e4 harjoittelua seurataan sopivia keinoja k\u00e4ytt\u00e4en. Esimerkiksi RPE seuranta, TRIMP ja koetun kuormittuneisuuden seuranta voisivat olla yksinkertaisia, mutta hy\u00f6dyllisi\u00e4 keinoja seurata harjoituskuorman m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4\u00e4.
