Opetuskontekstista riippumatta opettajan osaamisen tulisi olla kokonaisvaltaista, tasalaatuista, oppimista edist\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 ja ajantasaista. Opetushenkil\u00f6st\u00f6n resilienssi\u00e4 koetellaan jatkuvasti pedagogiikan karusellissa ja n\u00e4in ollen omien vahvuuksien tunnistaminen ja tukeminen, mutta my\u00f6s uuden opettelu on opettajien velvollisuus. Opettajan rooli ei ole en\u00e4\u00e4 pelk\u00e4st\u00e4\u00e4n opettaa oppilaita vaan my\u00f6s oppia oppilailta. Yhteiskehitt\u00e4minen ja oppimismuotoilu ovat hyv\u00e4 ratkaisu t\u00e4h\u00e4n haasteeseen. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkielmassa k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n sotilasopetuslaitoksen opettajien eri osaamisalueita TPACK-viitekehyksen kautta ja selvitet\u00e4\u00e4n, kuinka sotilaspedagogiikka istuu siihen. Lis\u00e4ksi tehd\u00e4\u00e4n yhteisty\u00f6t\u00e4 oppilaiden kanssa ja pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n l\u00f6yt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n opiskelijayst\u00e4v\u00e4llisempi\u00e4 n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmia oppimisprosessiin, jotta voitaisiin tulevaisuudessa siirty\u00e4 opettajal\u00e4ht\u00f6isyydest\u00e4 oppijakeskeisemp\u00e4\u00e4n, modernimpaan sotilaspedagogiikkaan. The coronavirus pandemic in particular accelerated the need for developing competences and improving pedagogy in various educational institutions. The teacher's competence should be holistic, uniform, conducive to learning and up-to-date in every teaching context. The resilience of teaching staff is being tested by the ongoing carousel of pedagogy and thus it is the duty of teachers to recognize and support their own strengths as well as learn new skills. The role of the teacher is no longer to teach students but also to learn from. Co-development and learning design are good solutions to this challenge. In this thesis the different areas of expertise are explored through the TPACK framework and it is studied how it is compatible with the military. In addition there will be co-operation with the students and the aim is to find more student- friendly perspectives concerning the learning process in order to change from a teacher centered approach into a more student centered and modern military pedagogy in the future. The results reveal the most significant development targets based on which the modeling was built.
