Op timaalisen asiakaskokemuksen rakentamiseksi usean eri kanavan v\u00e4lill\u00e4 tarvitaan tiet\u00e4myst\u00e4 kanavien v\u00e4lisen toiminnan integraatiosta, josta on toistaiseksi hyvin rajatusti tieteellist\u00e4 tutkimusta saatavilla.\nT\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa tavoitteena on tutkia, miten kanavaintegraation laatu vaikuttaa\nasiakaskokemuksen kognitiiviseen ja affektiiviseen ulottuvuuteen B2C kontekstissa, ja \nmiten t\u00e4t\u00e4 kautta syntynyt asiakaskokemus vaikuttaa kuluttajan aikomukseen k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 \nkaikkikanavaisen yrityksen palvelua. Lis\u00e4ksi tavoitteena on selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 vaikuttaako kanavaintegraation laatu vahvemmin asiakaskokemuksen affektiiviseen vai kognitiiviseen \nulottuvuuteen.\nTutkimus toteutettiin kvantitatiivisin menetelmin analysoimalla kyselylomakkeen avul la ker\u00e4tty numeerinen aineisto. Tutkimuksen aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin l\u00e4hett\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 elektroninen \nkyselylomake Power Finland Oy:n asiakkaille viikoittaisen uutiskirjeen mukana. Kyse lyyn saatiin 156 hyv\u00e4ksytty\u00e4 vastausta, ja vastaukset analysoitiin k\u00e4ytt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 SPSS- ja \nSmartPLS 3.0 ohjelmistoa.\nTutkimuksen tuloksista k\u00e4y ilmi, ett\u00e4 kanavaintegraation laatu muodostuu useasta \nalemman luokan ulottuvuudesta, ja kanavaintegraation laatu vaikuttaa positiivisesti \nasiakaskokemuksen kognitiiviseen ja affektiiviseen ulottuvuuteen. Kanavaintegraation \nlaadulla oli hieman vahvempi vaikutus asiakaskokemuksen kognitiiviseen ulottuvuuteen kuin affektiiviseen ulottuvuuteen.
