Tarkastelu rajattiin sis\u00e4iseen sidosryhm\u00e4\u00e4n eli henkil\u00f6st\u00f6\u00f6n. Perusteiltaan tutkittava aihe linkittyy vastuullisen ja eettisen johtamisen tutkimus tietoon ja kirjallisuuteen sek\u00e4 olemassa olevaan vastuullisen johtamisen talomalliin. Tutkimuksen teoreettinen viitekehys on vastuullisessa johtamisessa. Johtaminen on eri organisaatioissa erilaista, mutta kaikella johtamisella pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n saavuttamaan asetettuja p\u00e4\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4ri\u00e4 ja tavoitteita.\nVastuullisen johtamisen empiirist\u00e4 tutkimusta on tehty verrattain v\u00e4h\u00e4n. Poiketen aiemmasta tutkimustiedosta t\u00e4m\u00e4 tutkimus nojautui vastuulliseen johtamiseen osapuolten v\u00e4lisess\u00e4 suhteessa muodostuvana. Tutkimus tehtiin kvalitatiivisena toimintatutkimuksena, jossa aineistoa ker\u00e4ttiin tutkittavan organisaation henkil\u00f6st\u00f6lt\u00e4 Webropol-kyselyn\u00e4 ja johdolta fokusryhm\u00e4haastatteluna. Analyysia ohjasivat tutkimuskysymykset. Empiirisen tutkimuksen tuloksena luotiin organisaatiolle vastuullisen johtamisen talomalli mallintaen L\u00e4ms\u00e4n (2015) talomallia sek\u00e4 malliin liittyv\u00e4t k\u00e4yt\u00e4nteet, kuten henkil\u00f6st\u00f6kyselyn sis\u00e4lt\u00f6 ja perehdytys- ja koulutuspaketin otsikkotason sis\u00e4lt\u00f6. Uuden talomallin tuloksena organisaatio voi liitt\u00e4\u00e4 vastuullisessa johtamisessa onnistumisen tuloksellisuusmittareihin osana sosiaalista vastuuta ensimm\u00e4isten organisaatioiden joukossa ainakin Suomessa, kenties laajemminkin maailmassa. Inklusiivinen johtajuus nousi my\u00f6s tutkimuksessa tulevaisuuden vastuullisen johtamisen n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmana, sill\u00e4 sen kuusi t\u00e4rkeint\u00e4 piirrett\u00e4 l\u00f6ytyv\u00e4t organisaatiolle tutkimustulosten perusteella luodusta vastuullisen johtamisen talo-mallista.
