Lis\u00e4ksi tarkoituksena oli arvioida perusopetuksen tavoitteiden pohjalta suunniteltujen sovelletun LS-opetusmallin mukaisesti toteutettujen liikuntatuntien toteutumista yl\u00e4koulussa. Tutkimus on osa professori Pilvikki Heikinaro-Johanssonin johtamaa \u201dHyvinvointia koululiikunnalla\u201d tutkimusprojektia. Perehdyin LS-opetusmalliin kansainv\u00e4listen liikuntapedagogiikan opintojen kautta Tsukuban yliopistossa, Japanissa.\nToimin tutkimuksessa tutkijan ja opettajaopiskelijan kaksoisroolissa. Toteutin tutkimuksen sovelletun LS-opetusmallin mukaisesti yl\u00e4koulun liikuntatunneilla. Yksi koulun liikunnanopettajista toimi ohjaavana opettajana. Ensimm\u00e4isell\u00e4 tunnilla opettajana toimi ohjaava opettaja, toisen tunnin opetimme ohjaavan opettajan kanssa yhdess\u00e4 ja kolmannella tunnilla toimin yksin opettajana. Aineisto koostui minun ja ohjaavan opettajan tuntihavainnoista ja tutkijap\u00e4iv\u00e4kirjoista, ohjaavan opettajan haastattelusta sek\u00e4 oppilaskyselyist\u00e4 (n=15). K\u00e4ytin aineiston analyysiss\u00e4 aineistol\u00e4ht\u00f6ist\u00e4 sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysia.\nSovellettu LS-opetusmalli toimi yl\u00e4koulussa hyvin ja tavoitteiden mukaisesti, kunhan opetusmallin ohjeistukset ja vaiheet olivat selke\u00e4t. Observointilomakkeen koettiin helpottavan havainnointia ja reflektointikeskusteluja sek\u00e4 yhdess\u00e4 ty\u00f6skentely\u00e4 arvostettiin. Sovellettu LS-opetusmalli koettiin mielekk\u00e4\u00e4n\u00e4 ja toimivana tapana kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 opiskelijan ammatillista kasvua. Koin erityisesti itsevarmuuden sek\u00e4 observointi- ja reflektointitaitojeni lis\u00e4\u00e4ntyneen opetusmallin ansiosta.\nTutkimuksen perusteella sovellettua LS-opetusmallia voisi hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 liikunnan aineenopettajakoulutuksessa. LS-opetusmallin k\u00e4ytt\u00e4misest\u00e4 voisivat hy\u00f6ty\u00e4 niin oppilaat, opiskelijat, ohjaavat opettajat kuin my\u00f6s yliopiston opettajat. Lis\u00e4ksi LS-opetusmalli voi edist\u00e4\u00e4 opettajien ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 jaksamista ja jatkuvaa ammatillista kehittymist\u00e4, sek\u00e4 tarjota yliopiston opettajille arvokasta tietoa koulumaailman tarpeista. In addition, the aim was to assess the implementation of physical education lessons in upper secondary school carried out in accordance with the applied LS teaching model planning based on the goals of basic education. The study is part of a \"Wellbeing with School Sports\" research project led by Professor Pilvikki Heikinaro-Johansson. I got familiar with the LS teaching model through international studies in sports pedagogy at the University of Tsukuba, Japan.\nI have the dual role in the research as a researcher and a teacher student. I implemented the study according to the applied LS teaching model in upper secondary school physical education classes. One of the school's physical education teachers worked as a cooperative teacher. In the first class the cooperative teacher taught the class, in the second class I taught the class together with the cooperative teacher, and in the third class I taught the class by myself. The data consisted of mine and cooperative teacher\u2019s class observations and researcher diaries, cooperative teacher\u2019s interview, and pupil surveys (n=15). In the analysis of the data, I used material-connected content analysis. \nThe applied LS teaching model worked well in upper secondary school if the instructions and stages of the teaching model were clear. The observation form was considered to facilitate observation and reflection discussions and working together was appreciated. The applied LS teaching model was seen as a meaningful and functional way to develop the student's professional growth. I experienced my self-confidence, observance skills and reflection skills increased through the teaching model.\nBased on the study, the LS teaching model could be used in physical education teacher training. The use of the LS teaching model could benefit pupils, students, cooperative teachers, and university teachers. In addition, the LS teaching model can promote teachers' ability to cope with their work and promote continuous professional development. Teaching model could also provide valuable information about the skills needed in schools for university teachers. With a new topic, further research is needed.
