Subject of this bachelors’ thesis is to find out how data mining is utilized in developing customer relationship management practices. This thesis brings up the way data mining has been carried out in a customer relationship management system and the results of that procedure are presented. Ways to develop customer relationship management practices are introduced based on the data gathered from the results.
