Hanke toteutettiin noudattaen dialogisen organisaatiokehitt\u00e4misen periaatteita, joista keskeisimpi\u00e4 ovat alhaalta yl\u00f6sp\u00e4in tapahtuva kehitt\u00e4minen, organisaatiotasot ja rajat ylitt\u00e4v\u00e4 demokraattisuus ja halu pyrki\u00e4 dialogiin, jossa tavoitteena eiv\u00e4t ole kompromissit, vaan yhteinen ymm\u00e4rrys ja sit\u00e4 kautta savutettava yhteinen ratkaisu.\nT\u00e4m\u00e4n tapaustutkimuksen aineistona on hankkeen aikana digitaaliselle kehitt\u00e4misalustalla k\u00e4yty keskustelu, kehitt\u00e4mishankkeeseen osallistuneille l\u00e4hetettyjen kyselyjen vastaukset, kehitt\u00e4misp\u00e4iv\u00e4st\u00e4 osallistuvana havainnoijana tehdyt muistiinpanot sek\u00e4 haastattelut. Tutkielman tavoitteena on lis\u00e4t\u00e4 ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 dialogisesta organisaatiokehitt\u00e4misest\u00e4 ja erityisesti digitaalisuudesta lis\u00e4arvon tuojana dialogiseen kehitt\u00e4misprosessiin.\nT\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkielman tuloksena on, ett\u00e4 dialogisen organisaatiokehitt\u00e4misen periaatteet toteutuivat hankkeen eri vaiheissa vahvistaen ja rikastuttaen kehitt\u00e4misty\u00f6t\u00e4. My\u00f6s dialogisen organisaatiokehitt\u00e4misen haasteet todentuivat osana hankkeen kulkua. Digitaalisuudella on sijansa nykyp\u00e4iv\u00e4n organisaatiokehitt\u00e4misess\u00e4.
