Vaikka\ninkluusio on vahvistettu viralliseksi koulutuspoliittiseksi tavoitteeksi, sen k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n\ntoteutuksesta ei olla yksimielisi\u00e4.\nT\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa tavoitteena oli tutkia, millaisia k\u00e4sityksi\u00e4 opettajilla on\ninklusiivisesta peruskoulusta, ja miten n\u00e4m\u00e4 k\u00e4sitykset eroavat laadullisesti\ntoisistaan. Tarkoitus on ollut tarkastella inklusiivista koulua ilmi\u00f6n\u00e4, erityisopetuksen\nj\u00e4rjest\u00e4misen historiallisia kehityslinjoja ja nykytilaa, sek\u00e4 kouluyhteis\u00f6n ja opettajan\nmerkityst\u00e4 inkluusion toteuttajana.\nTutkimusmenetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 on k\u00e4ytetty aineistol\u00e4ht\u00f6ist\u00e4 fenomenografista\nanalyysia, jonka avulla on tarkasteltu opettajien verkossa julkaisemia kirjoituksia ja\nniiss\u00e4 esiin tulleita k\u00e4sityksi\u00e4 inklusiivisesta koulusta. Tutkimuksen tulokset on\nesitetty aineistol\u00e4ht\u00f6isesti muodostettuina kuvauskategorioina ja k\u00e4sitysten\ndimensioina, jotka tuovat esiin joukon laadullisesti erilaisia tapoja kuvata inklusiivista\nkoulua ilmi\u00f6n\u00e4.\nAineiston kirjoituksissa esitetyt k\u00e4sitykset voitiin jakaa kahteen\nkuvauskategoriaan: niiss\u00e4 joko puolustettiin inklusiivista koulua tai vastustettiin sit\u00e4.\nMolemmissa kuvauskategorioissa oli n\u00e4kyviss\u00e4 kolme dimensiota: oppilaan\nn\u00e4k\u00f6kulma, opettajan n\u00e4k\u00f6kulma sek\u00e4 ideologinen ja poliittinen n\u00e4k\u00f6kulma. Tulokset\nosoittivat, ett\u00e4 opettajilla oli toisistaan eroavia k\u00e4sityksi\u00e4 inkluusion toteutuksesta ja\ntavoitteista sek\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6n tasolla ett\u00e4 ideologisesti. Huomionarvoista oli opettajien\nkirjoituksissa vahvasti n\u00e4kyv\u00e4 kokemus resurssien niukkuudesta, ja t\u00e4m\u00e4n mukanaan\ntuomista jaksamisen ongelmista.
