Tutkimuksen avulla pyrin samalla kehitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n opettaja-ammattitaitoani oppilaiden huomioimisessa ja parantamaan ryhm\u00e4n ilmapiiri\u00e4.\n\nToteutin tutkimuksen tapaustutkimuksena ja ker\u00e4sin aineiston havainnoimalla. Kohdejoukkona oli er\u00e4\u00e4n alakoulun 22 oppilaan heterogeeninen liikuntaryhm\u00e4, jossa ilmenneet haasteet analysoin ja teemoitin. Tulosten perusteella valitsin pedagogisia ratkaisuja, joilla voisi v\u00e4hent\u00e4\u00e4 ja ennakoida haasteita aiheuttavia tilanteita. Lis\u00e4ksi suunnittelin ja toteutin kuusi opetuskokeilukertaa, jotka raportoin kunkin opetuskerran j\u00e4lkeen. Lopuksi pohdin pedagogisten keinojen toimivuutta ja opettaja-ammattitaitoni kehittymist\u00e4.\n\nLiikuntatunnilla ilmeni haasteita ohjeiden kuuntelussa, niiden mukaan toimimisessa ja toisten oppilaiden huomioimisessa. Oppilaat j\u00e4tt\u00e4ytyiv\u00e4t usein toiminnasta pois ja tarvitsivat paljon yksil\u00f6llist\u00e4 ohjausta liikuntatunnilla toimimisessa. Lis\u00e4ksi omista ja yhteisist\u00e4 v\u00e4lineist\u00e4 huolehtiminen oli oppilaille haastavaa. Valitsemani pedagogiset keinot keskittyiv\u00e4t toistuvien toimintatapojen luomiseen, selke\u00e4\u00e4n ohjeiden antoon, ennakoimiseen, my\u00f6nteisen palautteen antamiseen, yksil\u00f6llisten tarpeiden ja toiveiden huomioimiseen sek\u00e4 oppilaiden osallistamiseen. Kuuden opetuskokeilukerran perusteella parhaat keinot t\u00e4lle ryhm\u00e4lle olivat oppilaiden osallistaminen, toiveiden huomioiminen ja vaihtoehtojen antaminen. Selke\u00e4t ohjeet ja toistuvat toimintatavat auttoivat oppilaita toimimaan ohjeen mukaan etenkin silloin, kun suuntasin huomioni toivotulla tavalla k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytyviin oppilaisiin. Teht\u00e4vien helpottaminen ja kannustaminen osoittautui merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4ksi keinoksi innostaa oppilaita, joille teht\u00e4v\u00e4 oli liian haastava. Ennakoinnin avulla tunnin toiminta p\u00e4\u00e4si alkamaan nopeammin ja sujuvammin.\n\nTutkimus antoi vastauksia haluttuihin tutkimuskysymyksiin ja johti toivottua lopputulosta kohti. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tapaustutkimuksen perusteella voidaan todeta, ett\u00e4 haasteita voidaan v\u00e4hent\u00e4\u00e4 opettajan johdonmukaisella toiminnalla. Koin, ett\u00e4 tutkimuksesta oli paljon hy\u00f6ty\u00e4 oman opettaja-ammattitaitoni kehittymisess\u00e4, mutta tutkimuksessa kehitetyt toimintatavat voivat hy\u00f6dytt\u00e4\u00e4 my\u00f6s samankaltaisten heterogeenisten ryhmien opettajia. With the help of the research, I also try to develop my teacher`s professional skills in managing the attention of the pupils and to improve the atmosphere of the group.\nI conducted the study as a case study and collected data by observation. The target group was a heterogeneous PE group with 22 pupils in elementary school whose different challenges in terms of participation and behavior I analyzed and organized into themes. Based on these results I chose the pedagogical solutions that can reduce and anticipate the challenging situations. In addition, I designed and conducted six teaching experiments, which I reported after every teaching. Finally, I evaluated the effectiveness of the pedagogical means and the development of my teacher-workmanship.\n\nIn PE classes students had challenges in listening to instructions, following the instructions, and in taking other students into consideration. The students often abandoned their activities and needed a lot of individual guidance in their workouts. In addition, taking care of their own and shared tools was challenging for the students. I chose the pedagogical means that focused on creating recurring practices, clear instructions, anticipation, giving positive feedback, considering individual needs and wishes, and involving students. Based on six lessons, the best ways for this group were student involvement, consideration of wishes and giving alternatives. Clear instructions and recurring practices helped the students to act according to the instructions, especially when I focused my attention on the students that were behaving in the desired way. Facilitating tasks and encouraging proved to be an important means of inspiring. Especially the students for whom exercise was too difficult. By the tool of anticipation, lesson activity began faster and smoother.\n\nThe research gave answers to the desired research questions and led towards the desired outcome. This case study shows that challenges can be reduced through consistent teacher action. I felt that the research was very useful in developing my own teacher-professional skills, but the practices developed in the research can also benefit other teachers in the group in the future.
