Tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisin menetelmin ja aineistonkeruu toteutettiin puolistrukturoidusti haastattelemalla seitsema\u0308a\u0308 tyo\u0308ntekija\u0308a\u0308 (n=7). Haastattelukysymykset on muodostettu aiemman teorian ja asetettujen tutkimusongelmien pohjalta.\n\nTa\u0308ssa\u0308 tutkielmassa yhteiso\u0308llisyys nousi keskeisimma\u0308ksi tekija\u0308ksi tyo\u0308hyvinvoinnin kontekstissa: tyo\u0308yhteiso\u0308n suhteita voi kuvailla kaikenkattavan tyo\u0308hyvinvoinnin perustaksi. Tyo\u0308yhteiso\u0308n hyva\u0308t ja toimivat vuorovaikutussuhteet voivat tulosten mukaan usein olla tyo\u0308ntekija\u0308n ensisijaisia tarpeita tyo\u0308paikalla. Tulokset osoittivat johtajalla olevan ta\u0308rkea\u0308 rooli tyo\u0308ntekija\u0308n hyvinvoinnin ja tyo\u0308yhteiso\u0308n toimivuuden tukemisessa.\n\nTulosten perusteella sosiaalinen tuki tyo\u0308paikalla on erityisen ta\u0308rkea\u0308a\u0308. Se na\u0308kyy mm. johtaja- tyo\u0308ntekija\u0308suhteessa johtajan mahdollistamana vuorovaikutussuhteena tyo\u0308ntekija\u0308n kanssa seka\u0308 huolellisen perehdytta\u0308misen muodossa. Tulokset toivat na\u0308kyviin, etta\u0308 sosiaalista tukea on kohdistettava erityisesti nuoriin ja vastapalkattuihin tyo\u0308ntekijo\u0308ihin. Lisa\u0308ksi tulokset osoittivat, etta\u0308 johtaja-tyo\u0308ntekija\u0308suhteessa johtajakin tarvitsee tukea. Johtajana tuen vastaanottaminen mahdollistaa korkealaatuisemman johtajan ja tyo\u0308ntekija\u0308n va\u0308lisen vuorovaikutussuhteen rakentumisen.\n\nTyo\u0308yhteiso\u0308n vuorovaikutussuhteet ovat tyo\u0308hyvinvoinnin keskeisin vaikuttava tekija\u0308, jossa sosiaalisen tuen huomioon ottaminen johtajan ja tyo\u0308ntekija\u0308n keskina\u0308isessa\u0308 vuorovaikutussuhteessa mahdollistaa entista\u0308kin hyvinvoivemman tyo\u0308yhteiso\u0308n rakentumisen.
