The goal of the study is to explain via different examples and theoretical background how learning through AI is accomplished in the modern video games. When implemented into the non-player-characters in games, AI and especially machine learning are still in quite an early stage and the latter has not been generally part of the actual game character AIs. Still, video game characters can learn in various of different ways.
