Ty\u00f6nantajabr\u00e4nd\u00e4yksen keinoin organisaatiot voivatkin luoda kuvan yrityksest\u00e4 houkuttelevana paikkana ty\u00f6skennell\u00e4 potentiaalisten ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden silmiss\u00e4, sek\u00e4 sitouttaa ja motivoida jo olemassaolevia ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6it\u00e4. Ty\u00f6nantajabr\u00e4ndin tulisi onnistuakseen pohjata aina todelliseen organisaatiokulttuuriin sek\u00e4 ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4kokemukseen, vaikkakin n\u00e4iden kahden ulottuvuuden v\u00e4list\u00e4 suhdetta on tutkittu viel\u00e4 varsin v\u00e4h\u00e4n. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 pro gradu -tutkielmassa tutkittiin ty\u00f6nantajabr\u00e4nd\u00e4yksen ja organisaation sis\u00e4isen tilan suhdetta laadullisella menetelm\u00e4ll\u00e4. Aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin haastattelemalla kohdeyrityksen ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6it\u00e4 sek\u00e4 johtohenkil\u00f6it\u00e4 ja p\u00e4\u00e4llikk\u00f6j\u00e4, ja se analysoitiin k\u00e4ytt\u00e4en sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysi\u00e4. Tutkimuksen tulokset esitettiin kuvailevalla otteella. Tutkimustulokset osoittivat, ett\u00e4 johtohenkil\u00f6iden ja p\u00e4\u00e4llik\u00f6iden k\u00e4sitykset ty\u00f6nantajabr\u00e4ndist\u00e4 vastaavat pitk\u00e4lti ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden kokemuksia organisaatiosta ty\u00f6nantajana, sek\u00e4 heid\u00e4n k\u00e4sityksi\u00e4\u00e4n organisaation tarjoamasta ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4kokemuksesta. Ty\u00f6nantajabr\u00e4nd\u00e4ys nivoutui kohdeyrityksess\u00e4 voimakkaasti yhteen yleisemm\u00e4n yritysbr\u00e4ndin sek\u00e4 tuotebr\u00e4ndien kanssa, ja voimakkaimmin ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden k\u00e4sityksist\u00e4 oli erotettavissa ty\u00f6nantajabr\u00e4ndiin liitetyt piirteet, jotka ovat samat kuin yrityksen muulla br\u00e4ndiportfoliolla. Ty\u00f6nantajabr\u00e4nd\u00e4yksen merkitys organisaatiokulttuurille ja ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4kokemukselle voidaan tulosten mukaan ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4\u00e4 olevan kahdenlainen j\u00e4lkimm\u00e4isten toimiessa sek\u00e4 vakaana perustana ty\u00f6nantajabr\u00e4nd\u00e4ykselle, ett\u00e4 ollessa sen toiminnan kohteena.
