Arvoja ei ole kirjattu julkituotuun strategiaan, mutta moni\nmainitsi taides\u00e4\u00e4ti\u00f6n arvoksi Serlachius-laadun. Organisaatiossa tiimim\u00e4inen ja\nmoniammatillinen ty\u00f6skentely sek\u00e4 toisia arvostava ty\u00f6skentelytapa luo organisaatiokulttuurin,\njossa yksil\u00f6t pystyv\u00e4t toimimaan luovasti toisiaan tukien.\nT\u00e4ss\u00e4 tapaustutkimuksessa G\u00f6sta Serlachiuksen taides\u00e4\u00e4ti\u00f6st\u00e4 (organisaatio) selvit\u00e4n, kuinka\nstrategia n\u00e4kyy arjessa Serlachius-museoiden (toiminnan paikka) organisaatiokulttuurissa.\nAineistona toimivat haastattelut, joissa on tarkasteltu yksil\u00f6iden kokemuksia, mik\u00e4 avasi\nn\u00e4kym\u00e4n strategian yhten\u00e4isyyteen organisaatiossa. Strategia ei ole vain johdon ty\u00f6v\u00e4line vaan\nsen tulee ilmet\u00e4 jokaisen ty\u00f6n tekemisen arjessa. T\u00e4ll\u00f6in organisaatio on vahva ja yhten\u00e4inen.\nOrganisaatiokulttuurilla on merkityst\u00e4 organisaation menestymiselle. Fenomenologis-\nhermeneuttisen tutkimusotteen mukaisesti haluan havainnoida ja ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4\u00e4 henkil\u00f6iden\nkokemuksia. This strength was seen in the\nSerlachius museum, revealed from workers\u2019 and leaders\u2019 experiences. The G\u00f6sta Serlachius\nFine Arts Foundation has intendedly built a shared identity, a story about museum\u00b4s history,\nwhich interviewees knew well, and all of them identified themselves as \u201cpeople of the Serlachius\nmuseum\u201d. Values are not explicitly written in the strategy, although many told about \u201cthe quality\nof Serlachius\u201d as a value. In the organization team-like and multiprofessional working groups and\nappreciative working method create organizational culture where individuals can work in a\ncreative way supporting each other.\nIn this case-study about the G\u00f6sta Serlachius Fine Arts Foundation (Organization) my research\nquestion is, how strategy is visible in the Serlachius museum\u00b4s (Place for practice) organizational\nculture in their everyday work. The research material is interviews, where I have analysed\nindividual experiences so that I can find out how organization\u2019s strategy is understood in the\nsame way. Strategy is not only a tool for leaders. It should be visible in everybody\u2019s everyday\nwork. Then organization is strong and closely knit. Organizational culture is linked to\norganization\u2019s success. Following the phenomenological-hermeneutic approach and field of\nstudy, I try to observe and understand individuals\u2019 experiences. This study describes only the\nworld of the Serlachius museum and the outcome of the research cannot be generalized to other\norganizations.\nTo have strongly shared and visible strategy in the everyday work of the organization, there\nshould be regular communication about the strategy to all organizational levels. Fast growth and\nincrease in the amount of personal bring challenges to this in the G\u00f6sta Serlachius Fine Arts\nFoundation.
