Aiheen pohdintaa\nhaluttiin tehd\u00e4 sek\u00e4 henkil\u00f6kohtaisista motiiveista oman tulevan luokanopettajan ty\u00f6n\nrikastamiseksi, ett\u00e4 julkisen aiheeseen liittyv\u00e4n keskustelun pohjalta. Julkisessa\nkeskustelussa on nostettu paljon esiin pohdintaa oppimisen ilon h\u00e4lytt\u00e4v\u00e4st\u00e4\npuuttumisesta peruskouluissamme. Aihetta j\u00e4sennettiin Seligmanin hyvinvointia\nkuvaavan PERMA-teorian avulla. PERMA-teoria antoi monipuolisen ja varsin sopivan\nty\u00f6kalun tutkimuksellisesti viel\u00e4 nuoren ja selkeytym\u00e4tt\u00f6m\u00e4n aiheen k\u00e4sittelyyn.\nPERMA-teoria koostuu viidest\u00e4 osa-alueesta, joita ovat my\u00f6nteiset tunteet, sitoutuminen,\nvuorovaikutussuhteet, merkityksellisyys ja saavuttaminen. Tutkimusaineistona k\u00e4ytettiin\nPerusopetuksen opetussuunnitelman perusteita 2014. T\u00e4t\u00e4 peruskoulun opettajien ty\u00f6t\u00e4\nohjaavaa asiakirjaa tutkittiin systemaattisen tekstianalyysin keinoin. Systemaattinen\ntekstianalyysi sopi hyvin tutkimusaiheen k\u00e4sittelyyn sek\u00e4 tutkimuksen tavoitteiden\nsaavuttamiseen ja antoi mahdollisuuden hermeneuttiseen tutkijan ymm\u00e4rryksen\nkehittymiseen, joka tapahtui tutkimuksen edetess\u00e4.\nEnsikatsomalta vaikutti silt\u00e4, ettei oppimisen ilolla ole juuri mit\u00e4\u00e4n asemaa\nPerusopetuksen opetussuunnitelman perusteissa 2014, mutta moninkertainen\ntutkimusaineiston l\u00e4pik\u00e4ynti ja syv\u00e4llinen aiheen j\u00e4sent\u00e4minen PERMA-teorian mukaan\nn\u00e4ytti oppimisen ilolla olevan keskeinen, joskin piiloinen rooli tutkimusaineistossa.\nTutkimuksen perusteella Perusopetuksen opetussuunnitelman perusteista 2014 l\u00f6ytyy\npaljon PERMA:n jokaiseen osa-alueeseen oppimisen ilon n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta liittyvi\u00e4\ntekij\u00f6it\u00e4, mutta kokonaisuutta ei ole kuvattu selke\u00e4sti. Tutkijoille sen sijaan kirkastui\nsyv\u00e4llisen hermeneuttisen prosessin kautta selke\u00e4 k\u00e4sitys oppimisen ilon rakentumisesta.\nOppimisen ilo rakentuu hyvien vuorovaikutussuhteiden kannattelemana. T\u00e4rke\u00e4ksi ja\nhyv\u00e4ksytyksi tulemisen kokeminen antaa merkityst\u00e4 sek\u00e4 omalle identiteetille ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6lle.\nKoettu merkityksellisyys sek\u00e4 oppilaan l\u00e4ht\u00f6kohtien ja edellytysten huomioiminen\nantavat mahdollisuuden ty\u00f6ntekoon sitoutumiselle, joka on v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4t\u00f6nt\u00e4 onnistumiselle.\nTavoitteiden saavuttaminen tapahtuu parhaiten oikea-aikaisen ohjauksen turvin. Kaikkia\nn\u00e4it\u00e4 vaiheita tukevat my\u00f6nteiset tunteet ja vaiheiden kautta saadaan my\u00f6s kokea\nmy\u00f6nteisi\u00e4 tunteita.
