My\u00f6s energia-alan murros aiheuttaa tarkentuvia ja muuttuvia vaatimuksia mittausalan ohjelmistoille ja sen konfiguraationhallinnalle. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on luoda alustava runko yrityksen ohjelmiston konfiguraationhallinnan menetelm\u00e4lle ja luoda viitekehys yrityksen nykyisten, hajanaisten ohjelmiston konfiguraatiohallintamenetelmien yhdist\u00e4miselle. Tutkimus toteutettiin empiirisen\u00e4 tapaustutkimuksena tekem\u00e4ll\u00e4 havaintoja kohdeyrityksen t\u00e4m\u00e4nhetkisist\u00e4 ohjelmiston konfiguraationhallintamenetelmist\u00e4 analysoimalla yrityksess\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 olevia ohjelmiston konfiguraatioiden hallintaty\u00f6kaluja sek\u00e4 asiantuntija-haastattelulla. Empiirisen tapaustutkimuksen havaintoja verrataan yrityksess\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 olevaan CMMI-kypsyysmalliin. Tutkimuksen toinen osan toteutettiin asiantuntijoilta kyselylomakkeelta saadun yksityiskohtaisen tiedon pohjalta. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen t\u00e4rkein havainto oli CMMI-k\u00e4yt\u00e4nteist\u00e4 johdetun ohjelmiston konfiguraationhallinnan menetelm\u00e4n rungon kelpoisuus energianmittaus-palveluita tuottavan yrityksen k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6n. For information systems evolution and their life cycle, there is a need for more accurate and more reliable configuration management. Also, the transformation of energy in the industry causes sharpening and changing demands for measurement software and its configuration manage-ment. The aim of the study is to create a preliminary framework for the compa-ny's software configuration management method and to create a framework for combining the existing, fragmented configuration management methods of a company. The study was conducted as an empirical case study by observing the company's current software configuration management methods by analyz-ing the software configuration tools used in the company and by expert inter-view. The findings of the empirical case study are compared to the CMMI ca-pability model used in the company. The second part of the tutorial was per-formed by a questionnaire from experts based on the detailed information ob-tained. The analysis of the configuration software for the configurations is car-ried out using a design science research method and semi-structured research interviews based on research results. The main observation of this study was the validity of the configuration management method of the software derived from CMMI practices for the use of energy measurement services.
