Kes\u00e4\u00e4n 2016 menness\u00e4 ty\u00f6skenteli yhteens\u00e4\r\nnoin 1 100 henke\u00e4 42 eri paikkakunnalla ymp\u00e4ri Suomea.\r\n Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli tarjota konkreettisia kehitysehdotuksia kohdeorganisaation\r\nviestinn\u00e4n kehitt\u00e4miseen sek\u00e4 selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, miten viestinn\u00e4ll\u00e4 voidaan tukea yhteis\u00f6llisen\r\norganisaatiokulttuurin tukemista. Tutkimuskysymykset olivat seuraavat: 1.\r\nMiten yhteis\u00f6llisen organisaatiokulttuurin rakentumista voidaan tukea fuusion j\u00e4lkeen? 2. Miten\r\norganisaatiokulttuurin muutoksesta pit\u00e4isi viesti\u00e4, jotta muutokseen sopeutuminen olisi\r\nhelpompaa? 3. Millainen muutosjohtaminen ja -viestint\u00e4 tukee muutoksen l\u00e4pivienti\u00e4?\r\n Tutkimuksen aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n sek\u00e4 johdon teemahaastatteluilla ja aineisto\r\nanalysoitiin aineistol\u00e4ht\u00f6isell\u00e4 sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysill\u00e4. Haastatteluihin osallistui yhteens\u00e4\r\n13 valtorilaista. Tulosten mukaan yhteis\u00f6llisyyden keski\u00f6ss\u00e4 ovat Valtorin arvot,\r\njotka tulisi saada k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6\u00f6n mahdollisimman pian. Viestinn\u00e4llisin keinoin tulisi\r\npyrki\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4sem\u00e4\u00e4n eroon Helsinki-keskeisyydest\u00e4 ja nostamaan esiin organisaationa\r\ntehtyj\u00e4 onnistumisia. T\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4 nousi esiin my\u00f6s \u201dsiiloutumisen\u201d purkaminen: valtorilaiset\r\ntulisi saada parempaan vuorovaikutukseen my\u00f6s yksikk\u00f6rajojen yli.
