Tutkielmalla pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n my\u00f6s selvitt\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n, pystyt\u00e4\u00e4nk\u00f6 vertaistuella lis\u00e4\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n opetusteknologian k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00e4. Tutkimus on tehty hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4en grounded theorya eli ankkuroitua teoriaa ja avointa haastattelua. Vaikka grounded theory on aineistol\u00e4ht\u00f6inen tutkimustapa, tutkimuksen alussa on tehty kirjallisuuskatsaus tieteellisyyden vuoksi. Grounded theory mahdollistaa avoimen l\u00e4hestymistavan ongelmaan ja ilmi\u00f6n syv\u00e4llisemm\u00e4n ymm\u00e4ryksen. Tutkielmaa l\u00e4hdettiin tekem\u00e4\u00e4n t\u00e4st\u00e4 aiheesta siksi, ett\u00e4 tutkimusta t\u00e4llaisesta ongelmanasettelusta ei juurikaan ole. Opetusteknologian k\u00e4ytt\u00f6 ei ole Suomessa viel\u00e4 sill\u00e4 asteella, mit\u00e4 sen pit\u00e4isi olla. Uusi opetussuunnitelma tulee voimaan 1.8.2016 ja siin\u00e4 on asetettu tavoitteet tieto- ja viestint\u00e4teknologian (TVT) osaamiselle. Kaikille oppilaille tulee tarjota mahdollisuus TVT-taitojen kehitt\u00e4miseen ja opetusta tulee tehd\u00e4 suunnitelmallisesti. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkielman tarkoituksena onkin l\u00f6yt\u00e4\u00e4 tietoa, voisiko opetusteknologian k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00e4 lis\u00e4t\u00e4 vertaistuen avulla.\n\nTutkimuksen perusteella selvisi, ett\u00e4 vertaistuki lis\u00e4\u00e4 opetusteknologian k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00e4. Tutkimuksen lopputuloksena saatiin my\u00f6s uusi teoria: eri taustatekij\u00f6ill\u00e4 on vaikutusta vertaistukeen, joka vaikuttaa opettajien toimintaan opetusteknologian kontekstissa. Taustatekij\u00f6ihin kuuluu organisaatiokategoria, joka sis\u00e4lt\u00e4\u00e4 koulutuksen, resurssit, viestinn\u00e4n ja johtamisen. Taustatekij\u00e4t mahdollistavat vertaistuen. Vertaistuen kategoria sis\u00e4lt\u00e4\u00e4 vertaistuen muodot, joita ovat koulutukset, vierikoulutukset ja informaali vertaistuki. T\u00e4st\u00e4 kaikesta tulee vaikutuksia opettajien k\u00e4yt\u00f6kseen: itsevarmuus lis\u00e4\u00e4ntyy, asenteet muuttuvat, k\u00e4ytt\u00f6 lis\u00e4\u00e4ntyy ja osaaminen kasvaa.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "The purpose of this master\u2019s thesis is to find information about the utilization of peer support between teachers in the use of educational technology. The thesis also aims to investigate the capability of peer support to increase the use of educational technology. The study was conducted using grounded theory and open interview. Although grounded theory is a data-oriented research method, and at the beginning of the study a literature review was made so that the study would be based on science. Grounded theory allows an open approach to the problem and a more in-depth understanding of the phenomenon. The subject of this study arose from the lack of research on this type of a problem setting. The usage of educational technology in Finland is not yet in such a state that it should be. The new curriculum comes into effect on 1.8.2016 and it has set goals for achieving certain information and communications technology (ICT) skills. All students should be offered the opportunity to develop ICT skills and the teaching should be done methodically. The purpose of this master\u2019s thesis is to find information whether peer supporting would enhance the use of educational technology.\n\nAccording to the study it became clear, that peer support enhances the usage of educational technology. Thus a new theory was formed, that different background factors had impact on the peer supporting, which influences the actions of the teachers in the context of educational technology. Organizational category as a background factor includes education, resources, communication and leadership. Background factors enable the usage of peer supporting. The category of peer support includes the following varieties of peer supporting: training, side by side training and informal peer support.
