Simulation can be one solution to the problem. This thesis examines differential equation based simulation of skeletal muscle glycolysis. For simulation, in 2000s it has been developed models based on empirical measurements of the reactions of glycolysis. Differential equation models suit well for simulation and availability and uncertainty of parameters can be regarded as the biggest problems.
