T\u00e4m\u00e4n hetkinen\nasiakassuhdemarkkinointi ja markkinoinnin aikakausi on eritt\u00e4in ihmiskeskeist\u00e4.\nJokaisen yrityksen tulisi pyrki\u00e4 luomaan jokaiseen asiakkaaseen hyvin henkil\u00f6kohtainen\nsuhde ja t\u00e4llaisen suhteen luomisessa markkinointiviestinn\u00e4n erilaiset\nteknologiset ratkaisut sek\u00e4 s\u00e4hk\u00f6inen viestint\u00e4 ovat erinomainen keino. My\u00f6s arjen\nasumisessa viestint\u00e4teknologiat voivat auttaa monessa asiassa.\nTutkimuksen empiirinen osuus toteutettiin tapaustutkimuksena ja puolistrukturoituina\nteemahaastatteluina. Haastattelut tehtiin Asuntos\u00e4\u00e4ti\u00f6n Asumisoikeus\nOy:n Helsingin Kiviparin asumisoikeuskohteen viidelle asukkaalle.\nHaastatteluiden toivottiin antavan tutkimustuloksia Helsingin Kiviparin asukkaiden\nmielipiteist\u00e4 s\u00e4hk\u00f6ist\u00e4 viestint\u00e4\u00e4 kohtaan taloyhti\u00f6ss\u00e4 sek\u00e4 tarkemmin\nmielipiteit\u00e4 taloyhti\u00f6n omasta taloportaalista, yhteis\u00f6llisyydest\u00e4 ja vuorovaikutuksesta\nasuinymp\u00e4rist\u00f6ss\u00e4.\nTutkimustulosten perusteella voidaan p\u00e4\u00e4tell\u00e4 markkinointiviestinn\u00e4n teknologioiden\nluovan lis\u00e4arvoa arjen asumiseen silloin, kun s\u00e4hk\u00f6inen viestint\u00e4strategia\non hyvin suunniteltu ja teknologinen sek\u00e4 viestinn\u00e4llinen toteutus ovat\nensiluokkaisia ja tarkoituksen mukaisia. The purpose of this\nmaster\u00b4s thesis is also to research which features of digital marketing communication\ntechnologies create customer value through communality and interaction.\nCustomer relationship management and digital communication have\nchanged substantially while the Internet and its applications have developed.\nThe present model of customer relationship management and the era of marketing\nis extremely human-centered. Every company aims to create personalized\ncustomer relationship and for this purpose digital marketing communication\ntechnologies and digital communication give great tools. Also in everyday living\ndigital communication technologies are great benefit.\nThe empirical part of this master\u00b4s thesis was implemented as a case study\nand half structured theme interviews. Interviews were made for five residents in\nAsuntos\u00e4\u00e4ti\u00f6n Asumisoikeus Oy house property Helsingin Kivipari. The interviews\nwere aiming to discover the opinions of the residents about the digital\ncommunications and about the house portal \u2013 web portal, communality and interaction.\nBased on the research results can be concluded that the digital marketing\ncommunication technologies do create extra value \u2013 but only if the digital communication\nstrategy is well executed and the purpose of it is clear.
