Julkaisematon.\r\n\r\nT\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 esiopettajien k\u00e4sityksi\u00e4 ja kokemuksia kol-miportaisen tuen toteuttamisesta esiopetuksessa. Kiinnostuksen kohteena olivat tuen tasot, arviointi, monitahoinen yhteisty\u00f6 sek\u00e4 kolmiportaisen tukimallin periaatteet, inkluusio ja varhainen puuttuminen. T\u00e4m\u00e4n lis\u00e4ksi selvitettiin kolmiportaisen tukimallin kehitt\u00e4mis- ja koulutuksellisia tarpeita esiopettajien arvioimana. Aiheen tutkiminen oli ajankohtaista, koska kolmiportaisuus on melko uusi asia ja sit\u00e4 on tutkittu esiopetuksen n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta v\u00e4h\u00e4n.\r\n\r\nTutkimus toteutettiin laadullisena tutkimuksena. Aineistonkeruumenetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 k\u00e4ytettiin teemahaastattelua. Tutkittavina oli 10 esiopettajaa kahdeksasta eri kunnasta. Haastattelut analysoitiin aineistol\u00e4ht\u00f6isen sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysin avulla.\r\n\r\nKolmiportaisessa tukimallissa on paljon hyvi\u00e4, tuen antamista selkeytt\u00e4vi\u00e4 tekij\u00f6it\u00e4, mutta toisaalta siin\u00e4 on viel\u00e4 kehitt\u00e4mist\u00e4. Lapsen tuen toteuttamiseksi kaivataan selkeit\u00e4 ja yhte-n\u00e4isi\u00e4 m\u00e4\u00e4rittelyj\u00e4 ja k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6j\u00e4. Arvioinnilla osana tuen toteuttamista on t\u00e4rke\u00e4 ty\u00f6t\u00e4 oh-jaava merkitys, mutta sen k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6j\u00e4 tulee selkeytt\u00e4\u00e4. Monitahoinen yhteisty\u00f6 on kantava rakenne kolmiportaisen tuen toteuttamisessa. Inkluusio ja varhainen puuttuminen n\u00e4htiin t\u00e4rkein\u00e4, mutta niiden ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4minen osana kolmiportaista tukimallia kaipaa viel\u00e4 vahvis-tamista. Esiopettajat kokivat k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 olevat lomakkeet, tuen tasojen m\u00e4\u00e4rittelyn, resurssit ja tukimallin laajentamisen varhaiskasvatukseen kehitett\u00e4viksi asioiksi. Koulutusta toivottiin kolmiportaisen tukimallin tuen tasojen selkeytt\u00e4miseen, inkluusion toteuttamiseen ja arviointiin.\r\n\r\nTutkimuksen johtop\u00e4\u00e4t\u00f6ksen\u00e4 voidaan todeta, ett\u00e4 kolmiportainen tukimalli voi toimia sel-keytt\u00e4v\u00e4n\u00e4 rakenteena lapsen kasvun ja oppimisen tuen toteuttamiselle. Kolmiportaisen tukimallin mukaisesta luokittelusta ei kuitenkaan saa muodostua rajoitetta tuen saamiselle. T\u00e4rkeint\u00e4 on, ett\u00e4 lapsi saa mahdollisimman varhain tarvitsemansa tuen. Tukimallin m\u00e4\u00e4rit-tely\u00e4 ja k\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6j\u00e4 tulee kehitt\u00e4\u00e4 tulevina vuosina, jotta olisi mahdollista saavuttaa valta-kunnallinen koulutuksellinen tasa-arvo.
