Lis\u00e4ksi tutkimuksessa oli tarkoitus selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 opettajien n\u00e4kemyksi\u00e4 koulun yhteisist\u00e4 toimintamalleista. Tutkimuksen aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin kyselyn (n = 27, 21 naista ja 6 miest\u00e4)sek\u00e4 haastattelun (n = 8, 5 naista ja 3 miest\u00e4) avulla. Opettajien lis\u00e4ksi haastattelin my\u00f6s kasvatustieteen dosentti Tapio Puolimatkaa.\r\nTutkimuksen teoreettisessa viitekehyksess\u00e4 k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n niin lapsen, opettajan kuin yhteiskunnankin mahdollisuuksia ty\u00f6rauhan edist\u00e4jin\u00e4. Tutkimuksen tutkimusmenetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 k\u00e4ytettiin teemahaastattelua. Saadun aineiston pohjalta muodostettiin sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysin avulla nelj\u00e4 luokkaa: 1) haasteelliset k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymisen muodot, 2) k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 olevat mahdollisuudet vaikuttaa niihin, 3) toivotut, vaihtoehtoiset vaikutusmahdollisuudet ja 4) koulun yhteiset toimintamallit. Tutkimuksen analyysitapa on aineistol\u00e4ht\u00f6inen.\r\nOpettajat kaipaavat lis\u00e4\u00e4 mahdollisuuksia vaikuttaa haasteelliseen k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymiseen. Osa nykyisist\u00e4 interventioista tarvitsee opettajien mukaan tarkennuksia. Niiden lis\u00e4ksi opettajat ehdottivat uusia toimintatapoja, joiden avulla oppilaan k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymisen muuttaminen positiivisempaan suuntaan olisi mahdollista. Opettajat kaipasivat eniten repun tarkastus- ja tavaroiden takavarikointimahdollisuutta. Oppilaan omien j\u00e4lkien siivoottaminen tulisi olla my\u00f6s sallittua. Vanhemmat haluttiin vastuuttaa tukemaan lapsensa koulunk\u00e4ynti\u00e4 enemm\u00e4n, mutta my\u00f6s yhteiskunnan yleisiin asenteisiin toivottiin muutoksia. Koulun yhteisten toimintamallien tarkastelu osoitti, ett\u00e4 opettajat toivoivat kouluihinsa selke\u00e4\u00e4 ohjeistusta siit\u00e4, miten erilaisissa haasteellisissa tilanteissa tulisi toimia. Toimintatapojen yhdenmukaisuuden n\u00e4htiin olevan sek\u00e4 oppilaiden ett\u00e4 opettajien etu. \r\nOppilaiden haasteellisen k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ytymisen kohtaaminen helpottuu, jos koululla on k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 opettajien yhdess\u00e4 sopima toimintamalli, jonka sis\u00e4ll\u00f6n kaikki tuntevat. Researchers\u2019 attempt was also to find out teachers\u2019 views of new, alternative ways to reduce behavior. The aim of this study was also to find out teachers\u2019 views concerning schools common frameworks. The data were gathered from surveys (n = 27, 21 females and 6 males) and from interviews (n= 8, 5 females and 3 males). In addition to teachers\u2019 interviews assistant professor of education Tapio Puolimatka was interviewed as well.\r\n\tIn the study\u2019s theoretical context the possibilities of progressing classroom management is conversed on from the point of a child as well as teacher and society. Method for this study was theme interview. Content based data revealed four categories: 1) challenging forms of behavior, 2) used ways to affect challenging behavior, 3) hoped, alternative ways to affect against misbehavior and 4) schools common frameworks to act against ghallenging behavior. \r\n\tTeachers need more possibilities to affect ones challenging behavior. From the teachers\u2019 opinions some of the modern interventions require adjustments. In addition teachers suggested new ways to act to make students\u2019 behavior more positive. Inspection of a backpack and possibility to confiscate students\u2019 belongings were expected among teachers. It was also suggested that students\u2019 should clean their mess themselves. In addition, teachers wanted parents to support their children's studies more, but changes to society\u2019s common attitudes were also hoped. Viewing school\u2019s frameworks teachers hoped clear instructions how they should act in different challenging situations. Unity of courses of action was seen to be beneficial for students and teachers.\r\nEncountering students challenging behavior it will become easier if a school has a framework of principles that has been accommodated by teachers. Everyone should know the content as well.
