Haasteena alalle onkin se, miten jo olemassa olevista asiakkaista saataisiin uskollisia. M\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4aikaisuudet ovat usein k\u00e4ytetty ratkaisu, mutta ne eiv\u00e4t saa asiakasta sitoutumaan kokonaisvaltaisesti. Jos asiakas saataisiin viety\u00e4 uskollisuuden \u201dyli\u201d, asiakasyhteis\u00f6\u00f6n saakka, yritys olisi vahvoilla. T\u00e4m\u00e4 tutkimus selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 sit\u00e4, onko teleoperaattoreista puhuttaessa olemassa yhteis\u00f6llisyytt\u00e4, mist\u00e4 se rakentuu ja miten siihen voidaan p\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4. Tarkoituksena on tutkia ilmi\u00f6t\u00e4, kuvailla sit\u00e4 ja l\u00f6yt\u00e4\u00e4 teoreettisesti sek\u00e4 yrityksen n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta mahdollisuuksia hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4\u00e4 yhteis\u00f6llisyytt\u00e4 tutkimuksessa ja markkinoinnissa.\n\nTutkimuksen aineisto ker\u00e4ttiin verkkokyselyll\u00e4, joka tehtiin Suomen suurimmalle puolueettomalle verkkoyhteis\u00f6lle, joka keskittyy teleoperaattoreihin ja niihin liittyviin teemoihin. L\u00e4ht\u00f6oletuksina oli yhteis\u00f6llisyyden manifestoituminen verkossa, sen keskittyminen brandin ymp\u00e4rille, word-of-mouthin nopea ja merkityksellinen levi\u00e4minen verkkoyhteis\u00f6iss\u00e4 ja se, ett\u00e4 yhteis\u00f6llisyys spesifill\u00e4 tutkitulla alalla on sek\u00e4 psykologista ett\u00e4 toiminnallista. Toisin sanoen, se syntyy sek\u00e4 brandia ett\u00e4 yhteis\u00f6n j\u00e4seni\u00e4 kohden ja n\u00e4m\u00e4 kaksi tukevat toisiaan positiivisesti. L\u00e4ht\u00f6oletukset vahvistuivat tutkimuksen my\u00f6t\u00e4 ja tutkimuskysymyksiin saatiin vastaukset teoriaa sek\u00e4 empiirist\u00e4 aineistoa hyv\u00e4ksi k\u00e4ytt\u00e4en.\n\nTutkimus antaa tietoa uudesta ja hyvin v\u00e4h\u00e4n tutkitusta ilmi\u00f6st\u00e4 ja luo pohjan tulevalle tutkimukselle liittyen aiheeseen.
