T\u00e4m\u00e4n lis\u00e4ksi on tarkoitus selvitt\u00e4\u00e4\r\neCRM-k\u00e4sitteen taustaa ja menetelmi\u00e4.\r\nTutkimusongelmaa l\u00e4hestyt\u00e4\u00e4n kirjallisuuskatsauksen avulla. Tutkielman alkuosan\r\nsis\u00e4lt\u00f6 on kuvaus eCRM:n tavoitteista, taustasta sek\u00e4 menetelmist\u00e4. Tutkielman\r\nloppuosassa on selvitetty mink\u00e4laiset tekij\u00e4t vaikuttavat asiakastyytyv\u00e4isyyden\r\nsyntymiseen webpalveluissa. Tuloksena on, ett\u00e4 eCRM:ll\u00e4 on yleisesti ottaen\r\npositiivinen vaikutus asiakastyytyv\u00e4isyyteen.
