Muun muassa huumori voi vaikuttaa kyseisiin osa-alueisiin. Huumori vaikuttaa muutenkin olevan merkitt\u00e4v\u00e4 osa ihmisten el\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4 ja yleist\u00e4 vuoro-vaikutusta, joten on t\u00e4rke\u00e4\u00e4 tutkia sen vaikutusta my\u00f6s johtamisessa. \nHuumoria johtamisessa onkin tutkittu jo aiemmin, mutta l\u00e4hinn\u00e4 m\u00e4\u00e4-r\u00e4llisesti. Aiemman tutkimustiedon mukaan johtamisessa esiintyv\u00e4ll\u00e4 huu-morilla voi olla positiivinen vaikutus sek\u00e4 yksil\u00f6n ett\u00e4 organisaation suori-tuskykyyn. Toisaalta huumorilla voi olla my\u00f6s negatiivisia seurauksia. \nT\u00e4ss\u00e4 pro gradu -tutkielmassa l\u00e4hestyt\u00e4\u00e4n huumorin roolia johtamisessa laadullisen tutkimuksen keinoin. Tarkastelen huumoria johtamisen resurssina eli huumorin k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00e4 ja sen eri tyylej\u00e4 eri johtamistilanteissa. Tutkimuksen aineisto koostuu kahdeksan johtajan teemahaastattelusta, joissa johtajat ovat kertoneet omista kokemuksistaan huumorista ja sen k\u00e4yt\u00f6st\u00e4 johtamistilan-teissa. \nTutkimustulokseni ovat linjassa aiemman tutkimuksen kanssa, sill\u00e4 tu-losten mukaan huumori voi toimia johtamisen resurssina. Johtajan on kuiten-kin tiedostettava huumorin sudenkuopat ja sen vahvasti tilannesidonnainen luonne.
