Rekrytointien tulisi vastata yrityksen henkil\u00f6st\u00f6strategiaa. Haasteena on usein se, ett\u00e4 nopea tilanne, jossa tulisi pysty\u00e4 tunnistamaan matalilla ennakkotiedoilla oikeanlainen osaaja. Myyntiorganisaatioissa, joissa palkkaukset keskittyv\u00e4t suhteellisen kokemattomiin myyjiin, t\u00e4m\u00e4 korostuu. Suhteutettuna se ty\u00f6n yritt\u00e4j\u00e4m\u00e4iseen luonteeseen, on organisaation kannalta vaikea tunnistaa rekrytoinnin onnistuminen ennen sen konkretisoitumista ty\u00f6uraksi. \nTutkimuksessa tarkasteltiin suomalaisen remontointialan yrityst\u00e4 ja sen rekrytointiprosessia. Tavoitteena oli kuvata merkityksi\u00e4, tavoitteita ja sitoutumisen ilmi\u00f6t\u00e4 osana prosessia, johon kuuluu ennakkomarkkinointi, valintatilanne sek\u00e4 perehdytys. Tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisen tapaustutkimuksen otteella. Haastatteluissa tuotiin esille ty\u00f6nantajanosapuolen ja ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden n\u00e4kemyksi\u00e4, jotta molempien puolten tavoitteet ja kokemukset tulevat esille. Ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4osapuolen edustajat olivat rekrytoinnin l\u00e4pik\u00e4yneit\u00e4 henkil\u00f6it\u00e4 ja ty\u00f6nantajaosapuolen edustajat ovat sek\u00e4 l\u00e4sn\u00e4 rekrytoinneissa sek\u00e4 taustalla suunnittelemassa rekrytointiprosessia. Tutkimuksen analyysiss\u00e4 hy\u00f6dynnettiin sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysi\u00e4. \nRaportissa tuodaan esille rekrytointiprosessi kuvattuna niin, kuin haastatellut henkil\u00f6t sen kokivat. Ty\u00f6nantajan edustajat tunnistivat haasteen nopeasti teht\u00e4viss\u00e4 rekrytoinneissa matalilla taustapuolilla, mutta samalla he kokivat, ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6voimaa on hankittava. Haasteena prosessissa oli se, ett\u00e4 ty\u00f6ntekij\u00e4n suoriutumista ty\u00f6ss\u00e4 ei tunnistettu haastattelun aikana. Sitoutuminen koettiin rakentuvan pitk\u00e4lti yhteis\u00f6n kautta.
