Published 2021“…In this present study, C2C12 myotubes were electrical pulse stimulated for 24 hours in low (5.5 mM) and high (25 mM) glucose (LG and HG respectively) conditions, and both intra- and extracellular metabolites were analyzed using untargeted nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy.
