“…In this study, physical activity was measured with an accelerometer and the data on the frequency of visiting physical activity destinations were collected using an internet-based Public Participation Geographic Information System (PPGIS) questionnaire. The physical activity destinations were 1) indoor sports facilities, 2) outdoor sports facilities, 3) other destinations motivating older people to move outdoors in the neighbourhood, 4) other destinations motivating older people to move outdoors beyond the neighbourhood, and 5) everyday physical activity destinations, where older people visited by active mode of transportation. …”
