Tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli tuottaa kattava synteesi 24 tutkimusartikkelista, jotka vastasivat ennalta m\u00e4\u00e4riteltyihin tutkimuskysymyksiin. Kirjallisuuskatsauksessa noudatettiin tarkasti Okoli (2015) protokollamallia, joka auttoi systematisoimaan aineistonkeruun ja analyysin vaiheet sek\u00e4 varmistamaan tutkimuksen luotettavuuden ja toistettavuuden.\n\nAineistonhankintaprosessissa m\u00e4\u00e4riteltiin tarkat valintakriteerit, ja tutkimusaineisto ker\u00e4ttiin hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4m\u00e4ll\u00e4 Boolean-hakulausekkeita JYKDOK- ja Google Scholar -tietokannoista. The aim of the study was to provide a comprehensive synthesis of 24 research articles that addressed predefined research questions. The literature review strictly followed the protocol model of Okoli (2015), which helped to systematize the data collection and analysis phases, ensuring the reliability and reproducibility of the study.\n\nIn the data collection process, specific inclusion criteria were defined, and the research data was gathered using Boolean search phrases in the JYKDOK and Google Scholar databases. In the analysis phase, selected tools such as Excel and Word were used to summarize and organize the research findings.\n\nThe results of the study indicate that the implementation of RPA significantly affects employees experiences in the workplace, altering their roles and responsibilities. The benefits of RPA, such as the automation of repetitive tasks and the streamlining of processes, were perceived positively. However the uncertainty and prejudices related to job security and role changes during the implementation of the technology negatively impacted job satisfaction. Especially organizational support and employees preparedness for the change emerged as key factors in the successful adoption of RPA.\n\nBased on the study, it can be concluded that successful RPA implementation requires not only technical expertise but also careful planning and employee engagement. RPA frees employees from routine tasks, allowing them to focus on more creative and strategic roles.
