Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4n kaupungin ja Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4n yliopiston organisoima t\u00e4ydennyskoulutus j\u00e4rjestettiin enimm\u00e4kseen verkkokoulutuksina vuosina 2021\u20132022. Keskeisen\u00e4 opetusmenetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 koulutuksessa k\u00e4ytettiin ty\u00f6ss\u00e4oppimisprojekteja, joiden teht\u00e4v\u00e4n\u00e4 oli jalkauttaa koulutus opettajien ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6\u00f6n. T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli tutkia koulutuksen vaikuttavuutta ja selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 sen jatkokehitysmahdollisuuksia. Tutkimuksessa sovellettiin aikaisempia arviointimalleja sek\u00e4 TPACK-viitekehyst\u00e4. Tutkimusmenetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 oli tapaustutkimus ja aineistona toimivat koulutuksen alku- ja loppukyselyt (m\u00e4\u00e4r\u00e4llinen aineisto), ty\u00f6ss\u00e4oppimisprojektien raportit sek\u00e4 haastattelut (laadullinen aineisto). Analyysimenetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 k\u00e4ytettiin kuvailevaa tilastoanalyysi\u00e4 sek\u00e4 teorial\u00e4ht\u00f6ist\u00e4 sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysi\u00e4. Tutkimustulosten mukaan opettajat ovat monipuolisesti hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4neet koulutuksessa saatuja ideoita TVT:n ja ohjelmoinnin opetuksessa. Koulutuksen j\u00e4lkeen eniten sovellettu osa-alue oli ohjelmoinnillinen ajattelu, mik\u00e4 osaltaan osoitti koulutuksella olleen vaikutusta opettajien osaamiseen ja uusien tietojen ja taitojen hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4miseen omassa ty\u00f6ss\u00e4. Jatkossa TVT- ja ohjelmointikoulutuksia tulisi j\u00e4rjest\u00e4\u00e4 koko p\u00e4iv\u00e4n kest\u00e4vin\u00e4 l\u00e4hitapaamisina, joissa opettajat voivat saada paljon k\u00e4yt\u00e4nn\u00f6nl\u00e4heisi\u00e4 opetusideoita sek\u00e4 koulutuksesta ett\u00e4 kollegoiltaan.", "language": "fi", "element": "description", "qualifier": "abstract", "schema": "dc"}, {"key": "dc.description.abstract", "value": "New Literacies in Central Finland was a project funded by the Finnish National Agency for Education which aimed to develop ICT and programming competence of teachers of pre-primary, primary and lower secondary education. The in-service training organized by The City of Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4 and University of Jyv\u00e4skyl\u00e4 was provided mostly online education in the years 2021\u20132022. A key teaching method used in the training was work-based learning projects, which were designed to transfer the training to the teachers\u2019 working community. The aim of this research was to study effectiveness of education and report opportunities for further development. The research applied previous evaluation models and the TPACK framework. The research method was a case study and the data used were initial and final questionnaires (quantitative data), reports of work-based learning projects and interviews (qualitative data). The analysis methods were descriptive statistics and directed content analysis. According to the results teachers have made wide use of ICT and programming ideas shared by the education. After the in-service training the most applied section was computational thinking, which also showed that the training had an impact on teachers\u2019 competence and the use of new knowledge and skills in their own work.
