T\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen p\u00e4\u00e4tavoitteena oli hahmottaa ja analysoida digitaalisten oppimispelien ymp\u00e4rille rakentuvaa ekosysteemi\u00e4 (Digital Education Games Ecosystem, DEGE) Suomen perusopetuksessa tarkastelemalla sidosryhmi\u00e4 ja komponentteja aikaisemman kirjallisuuden sek\u00e4 opettajien haastattelujen avulla. Tutkimuksessa k\u00e4ytettiin kvalitatiivista l\u00e4hestymistapaa opettajien n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmien selvitt\u00e4miseksi.\nOpettajat voidaan n\u00e4hd\u00e4 olevan ekosysteemin keski\u00f6ss\u00e4 ja haastattelujen avulla selvitettiin tutkimukseen mukaan valittujen opettajien n\u00e4kemyksi\u00e4 si-dosryhmien ja komponenttien v\u00e4lisest\u00e4 vuorovaikutuksesta. Keskeiset l\u00f6yd\u00f6kset osoittivat, ett\u00e4 opettajat pit\u00e4v\u00e4t oppimispelej\u00e4 ja digitaalisia v\u00e4lineit\u00e4 yleisesti trendikk\u00e4in\u00e4 ty\u00f6kaluina opetuksessa, erityisesti matematiikan ja kielten oppiaineissa. Kuitenkin erilaiset haasteet, kuten rajallinen koulutus, aikarajoitteet, taitojen tai tiedon vajavuus sek\u00e4 infrastruktuuripuutteet, vaikuttavat olevan esteen\u00e4 laajemmalle k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00f6notolle. Opettajien uskomukset ja itsevarmuus teknologian k\u00e4yt\u00f6ss\u00e4 havaittiin t\u00e4rkeiksi tekij\u00f6iksi, jotka vaikuttavat oppimispelien hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4misess\u00e4 opetuksen aikana. The main objective of this study was to outline and analyse the Digital Education Games Ecosystem (DEGE) in Finnish Basic Education by studying the stakeholders and components of education games based on previous literature and teachers\u2019 views. Using a qualitative approach, the study explored teachers\u2019 perspectives as central stakeholders within the ecosystem and examined through interviews how the interviewed teachers saw the interplay between these entities.\nKey findings revealed that teachers consider educational games and digital tools in general as trendy teaching tools, especially for teaching mathematics and languages. However, challenges such as limited training, time constraints, lack of skills or knowledge, and infrastructure deficiencies were identified as barriers to broader integration. Teachers\u2019 beliefs and confidence in using technology were also found to be critical factors influencing their willingness to incorporate educational games into teaching.
