Kansalaisj\u00e4rjest\u00f6iss\u00e4 tuotettu tieto on yksi niiden t\u00e4rkeimmist\u00e4 resursseista, ja tehokas tiedon jakaminen tukee kest\u00e4v\u00e4\u00e4 kehityst\u00e4 monialaisissa konteksteissa. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 tutkimuksessa talouskasvatuksella tarkoitetaan taloudellisen osaamisen, talouslukutaidon ja taloudellisen k\u00e4ytt\u00e4ymisen kehitt\u00e4mist\u00e4. Tiedon jakamisesta on kuitenkin vain v\u00e4h\u00e4n alakohtaista tutkimustietoa talouskasvatukseen keskittyviss\u00e4 projekteissa ja niiden verkostoissa. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 tiedon jakamista edist\u00e4vi\u00e4 k\u00e4yt\u00e4nteit\u00e4 ja menetelmi\u00e4 kouluajan ulkopuolisessa opetuksessa tunisialaisissa kouluissa sek\u00e4 niiden toimintaa edist\u00e4vi\u00e4 ja haastavia tekij\u00f6it\u00e4. Tutkimuksessa haastateltiin opettajia, opetusalan virkamiehi\u00e4 ja kansalaisj\u00e4rjest\u00f6n ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6it\u00e4, jotka ty\u00f6skenteliv\u00e4t talouskasvatuksen projektien parissa. Tiedon jakamisen k\u00e4yt\u00e4nteit\u00e4 ja menetelmi\u00e4 tarkasteltiin narratiivien avulla, ja talousosaamiseen keskittyvien projektien edist\u00e4vi\u00e4 ja haastavia tekij\u00f6it\u00e4 sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysin keinoin. Tutkimuksen mukaan yhteis\u00f6lliset projektit ja paikallisen tiedon hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4minen tukivat opetuksen j\u00e4rjest\u00e4mist\u00e4 kouluissa, sek\u00e4 opetuksen my\u00f6t\u00e4 opettajat olivat omaksuneet uusia opetusmenetelmi\u00e4. Yhteiset tavoitteet, jaetut arvot ja aktiivinen yhteisty\u00f6 toimijoiden v\u00e4lill\u00e4 tukivat tiedon jakamista. NGOs have recognised that the knowledge they create is among their most valuable resources, and effective knowledge sharing is essential for maintaining sustainable development within multi-disciplinary settings. Financial education aims to increase students\u2019 skills, knowledge and behaviour on financial concepts. Although the importance of knowledge sharing methods in NGOs have been recognised, there is still very limited research about the specific methods and mechanisms used in financial education. The thesis aimed to fill a research gap by exploring the knowledge sharing practices and the factors that influenced the implementation process within the financial education network in Tunisia. The study adopts a qualitative research approach, using semi-structured interviews with financial education practitioners' perspectives of teachers, government officials, and NGO employees. Based on the interviews, narratives were constructed on the knowledge sharing methods in identified groups and organised by using content analysis to identify the enabling and hindering factors in the implementation of the programmes. The social and financial education programs had introduced modern teaching approaches to teachers and schools in Tunisia. The results of this study indicated the importance of community projects and applying local knowledge to support the successful implementation of social and financial education in the process. Moreover, shared goals and values in active collaboration within the financial education network supported the overall development of the education sector. The factors that hindered the implementation were lack of engagement, resources, rewards, and lack of ICT platforms. The study contributes to a broader understanding of knowledge sharing in development sector networks collaborating in the education sector.
