Pandemian j\u00e4lkeen ty\u00f6el\u00e4m\u00e4ss\u00e4 on vakiintunut et\u00e4ty\u00f6kulttuuri, mutta osa ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6ist\u00e4 on my\u00f6s palannut ty\u00f6skentelem\u00e4\u00e4n toimistolle. Koronapandemian j\u00e4lkeinen hybridimalli, joka yhdist\u00e4\u00e4 et\u00e4- ja toimistoty\u00f6n, on asettanut uusia vaatimuksia johtajille ja esihenkil\u00f6ille heid\u00e4n tiimiens\u00e4 johtamisessa. Esihenkil\u00f6iden on hallittava tieto- ja viestint\u00e4tekniikkaa ja sovellettava sit\u00e4 tehokkaasti ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6ihins\u00e4. Vaikka digitalisaatio on vakiintunut henkil\u00f6st\u00f6johtamisessa, ihmisl\u00e4ht\u00f6ist\u00e4 johtamista, joka korostaa vuorovaikutteisuutta, vastuullisuutta, hyvinvointia ja ty\u00f6n merkityksellisyytt\u00e4, painotetaan yh\u00e4 enemm\u00e4n. Moni esihenkil\u00f6 kokee kuitenkin, ettei saa riitt\u00e4v\u00e4sti tukea muutoksen hallitsemiseksi, mik\u00e4 aiheuttaa kuormitusta ja ty\u00f6n hallinta ja vaatimus ei v\u00e4ltt\u00e4m\u00e4tt\u00e4 t\u00e4sm\u00e4\u00e4. \nT\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkimuksen tarkoitus on selvitt\u00e4\u00e4 esihenkil\u00f6iden johtamisen kokemuksia hybridity\u00f6ss\u00e4 sek\u00e4 miten se vaikuttaa esihenkil\u00f6n ty\u00f6hyvinvointiin, ottaen huomioon eettiset haasteet johtamisessa. Hybridity\u00f6n my\u00f6t\u00e4 LMX on voinut muuttua ja tapa miten heijastuu se heijastuu esihenkil\u00f6n p\u00e4ivitt\u00e4iseen ty\u00f6h\u00f6n tarkastellaan JDCS-mallin kautta. Vuorovaikutussuhteen tarkasteluun k\u00e4ytet\u00e4\u00e4n teoreettisena taustana LMX-teoriaa, johon on yhdistetty kuormittavuuden tarkastelu hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4en JDCS-mallia. Tutkimus on suoritettu laadullisena tutkimuksena, jossa haastatteluaineisto ker\u00e4ttiin yhdest\u00e4 organisaatiosta haastattelemalla yhdeks\u00e4\u00e4 henkil\u00f6\u00e4. Haastatteluaineisto on analysoitu sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysin ja teemoittelun menetelmin.
