Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on kuvata henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n monikulttuurisuuden ja monikulttuurisen henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n rekrytoinnin rakentumista henkil\u00f6st\u00f6ammattilaisten n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. Lis\u00e4ksi pyrkimyksen\u00e4 on ymm\u00e4rt\u00e4\u00e4, millaisilla k\u00e4yt\u00e4nteill\u00e4 monikulttuurisuutta voidaan tukea rekrytoinnissa. \nTutkimus toteutettiin laadullisena tutkimuksena. Aineisto koostui seitsem\u00e4st\u00e4 henkil\u00f6st\u00f6ammattilaisen haastattelusta. Kaikki haastateltavat olivat sellaisista organisaatioista, joiden verkkosivuilla mainittiin halu tukea henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n monimuotoisuutta. Aineiston analyysimenetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 toimi sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysi.\nTutkimuksen tuloksista k\u00e4y ilmi, ett\u00e4 henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n monikulttuurisuuden koetaan tuovan monenlaisia hy\u00f6tyj\u00e4 organisaatiolle ja sen tukeminen n\u00e4hd\u00e4\u00e4n ajankohtaisena ja t\u00e4rke\u00e4n\u00e4. Tutkimuksessa nousee esille erilaisia keinoja monikulttuurisen henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n johtamisen tueksi sek\u00e4 monikulttuuriseen henkil\u00f6st\u00f6\u00f6n mahdollisesti liittyvien haasteiden ratkaisemiseksi. Tuloksista k\u00e4y ilmi, ett\u00e4 monissa organisaatioissa ollaan viel\u00e4 melko alussa monikulttuurisuuden tukemiseen liittyviss\u00e4 toimenpiteiss\u00e4. Tulosten mukaan henkil\u00f6st\u00f6n monikulttuurisuutta voidaan tukea rekrytoinnissa erilaisilla rekrytointiprosessin tasavertaisuutta lis\u00e4\u00e4vill\u00e4 keinoilla.
