Digitalisoitumisen ja globalisoitumisen vauhdittamana, organisaation resilienssi on sek\u00e4 tieteellisess\u00e4 tutkimuksessa ett\u00e4 liikkeenjohdon ammattilaisten keskuudessa tunnistettu yh\u00e4 keskeisemp\u00e4n\u00e4 organisaatiotoiminnan jatkuvuutta ja kasvua ohjaavana k\u00e4sitteen\u00e4. Organisaation resurssien tehokkaalla hallinnalla on huomattu olevan keskeisi\u00e4 vaikutuksia resilienssin muodostumisessa. Muutos- ja h\u00e4iri\u00f6tilanteissa sek\u00e4 selviytyminen ett\u00e4 kasvu edellytt\u00e4v\u00e4t resurssien kohdistamista organisaation strategisia tavoitteita tukeviin kohteisiin, eli strategista resurssiallokaatiota. Tutkielmassa k\u00e4sitell\u00e4\u00e4n organisaation resilienssin ja strategisen resurssiallokaation v\u00e4list\u00e4 dynamiikkaa innovaation ja tuottavuuden n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmasta. Tutkielmassa selvitettiin, millainen suhde innovaatiolla ja tuottavuudella on organisaation resilienssiin. Lis\u00e4ksi tutkittiin, miten tyypillisimm\u00e4t strategiset linjaukset muutos- ja h\u00e4iri\u00f6tilanteissa voivat vaikuttaa organisaation resilienssiin ja, miten n\u00e4m\u00e4 linjaukset voivat vaikuttaa resurssien kohdistamiseen innovointiin tai tuottavuuteen. Tutkielma toteutettiin kuvailevana kirjallisuuskatsauksena, jossa olemassa olevista l\u00e4hteist\u00e4 ja kirjallisuudesta pyrittiin luomaan synteesi\u00e4. Tutkielman keskeiset l\u00f6yd\u00f6kset osoittavat, ett\u00e4 tuottavuuden parantamiseen t\u00e4ht\u00e4\u00e4v\u00e4t aktiviteetit ovat vahvemmin linjassa resilienssin staattisen n\u00e4k\u00f6kulman kanssa ja innovointi puolestaan dynaamisen n\u00e4k\u00f6kulman kanssa. Accelerated by digitalization and globalization, organizational resilience has been increasingly recognized both in the scientific community as well as business world as an important concept influencing business continuity and growth. Additionally, the effective management and allocation of organizational resources has been recognized as an important factor in building organizational resilience. This thesis investigated the dynamics between organizational resilience and strategic resource allocation, approaching this from an innovation and productivity viewpoint. This study was conducted as a literature review using extant research on organizational resilience, strategic allocation, innovation, and productivity. The primary findings of this study indicates that productivity enhancing initiatives are more aligned with the static view of organizational resilience, whereas innovation initiatives are more aligned with the dynamic view of organizational resilience.
