Frandsen & Johansen, 2017; Sover, 2018). Kriisiviestint\u00e4 organisaatioviestinn\u00e4n osa-alueena liittyy kriisitilanteiden negatiivisiin heijastusvaikutuksiin organisaation toiminnoille, jolloin kriisiviestinn\u00e4n tavoitteena on n\u00e4iden uhkien rajaaminen. Huumori tyypillisesti n\u00e4hd\u00e4\u00e4n kielellisen\u00e4 ilmi\u00f6n\u00e4, joka pyrkii mielihyv\u00e4n ja naurun tuottamiseen. Kriisiviestinn\u00e4n tutkimusta arvioidessa kuitenkin huomattiin, ett\u00e4 huumorin hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4minen kriisiviestinn\u00e4n prosesseissa on ollut v\u00e4h\u00e4ist\u00e4 (ks. esim Xiao ym., 2018).\n\nT\u00e4m\u00e4n tutkielman tavoitteena oli selvitt\u00e4\u00e4, millaisia huumorin keinoja ruotsalaisen kaurajuomavalmistajan Oatlyn kriisiviestinn\u00e4ss\u00e4 esiintyy, ja miten huumoria tuotetaan niiden kautta. T\u00e4m\u00e4 saavutettiin laadullisen sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysin sek\u00e4 Bergerin (1993) huumorin luokitteluj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4n keinoin. Luokitteluj\u00e4rjestelm\u00e4\u00e4 laajennettiin alan muilla tutkimuksilla vastaamaan paremmin aineiston ilmi\u00f6ihin, jolloin p\u00e4\u00e4dyttiin aineistolle kohdennettuihin luokkiin. Aineistona hy\u00f6dynnettiin F*ck Oatly -nimist\u00e4 verkkosivua, jossa Oatly vastaa sen kohtaamiin kriisitilanteisiin.\n\nTutkimuksessa selvisi, ett\u00e4 huumoria esiintyy Oatlyn kriisiviestinn\u00e4ss\u00e4 eri muodoissa, ja ne tuottavat huumoria monivivahteisesti. Aineistosta tunnistettiin kuusi (6) kielellist\u00e4 huumorin keinoa: Ep\u00e4suorat viittaukset, m\u00e4\u00e4ritelm\u00e4t, leikkisyys, sanaleikki, loukkaukset, sek\u00e4 itsens\u00e4 v\u00e4h\u00e4tteleminen. Suuri osa huumorista nojasi inkongruenssi- ja ylemmyysteorioihin, jolloin sit\u00e4 tuotettiin ristiriitaisuuden sek\u00e4 ylemmyydentunteen kautta. Huumoria tehostettiin my\u00f6s Bergerin (1993) muiden huumorin kategorioiden keinoja yhdistelem\u00e4ll\u00e4, jolloin kielellisten keinojen lis\u00e4ksi my\u00f6s huumoriin ideoiden tasolla, sek\u00e4 eksistentiaalisuuteen. Tutkimuksen tulokset laajentavat tietoa kriisiviestinn\u00e4n tavoista, huumorin muodoista, sek\u00e4 vahvistavat aikaisemman tutkimuksen n\u00e4kemyst\u00e4 Oatlyn persoonallisesta viestint\u00e4tavasta (ks. esim. Swain, 2023).
