P\u00e4\u00e4tutkimuskysymyksen\u00e4 selitet\u00e4\u00e4n; Miten monikanavaista myyntistrategiaa hy\u00f6dynnet\u00e4\u00e4n yritysten v\u00e4lisess\u00e4 kaupank\u00e4ynniss\u00e4 eri toimialoilla? Alatutkimuskysymyksill\u00e4 pyrit\u00e4\u00e4n luomaan syv\u00e4llisemp\u00e4\u00e4 ymm\u00e4rryst\u00e4 monikanavaisen myyntistrategian luomiseen sek\u00e4 auttamaan p\u00e4\u00e4tutkimuskysymyksen vastauksen selvitt\u00e4mist\u00e4. Ty\u00f6n tutkimusmenetelm\u00e4n\u00e4 toimii laadullinen tutkimusmenetelm\u00e4, jossa tutkitaan ja analysoidaan ker\u00e4tty\u00e4 tutkimusaineistoa. Tutkimusaineisto koostuu eri yritysten myyntijohtajien haastatteluista, jotka ker\u00e4t\u00e4\u00e4n puolistrukturoidulla teemahaastattelulla. Haastatteluista saatu aineisto analysoidaan sis\u00e4ll\u00f6nanalyysimenetelm\u00e4ll\u00e4, jonka avulla muodostetaan tiivistetty ja mahdollisimman kattava k\u00e4sitys aiheesta. Tutkielman tulokset osiossa todetaan, ett\u00e4 yritykset hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4v\u00e4t monikanavaista myynti\u00e4 hyvin erilailla eri organisaatioissa ja eri toimialoilla. Haastattelujen perusteella itse kanavaratkaisut ennen Covid-19 pandemiaa sek\u00e4 sen j\u00e4lkeen, eiv\u00e4t ole radikaalisti muuttuneet muuten, kun videotapaamisten lis\u00e4\u00e4nnytty\u00e4. Yritykset hy\u00f6dynt\u00e4v\u00e4t hyvin paljon edelleen pandemian j\u00e4lkeenkin viel\u00e4 puhelinta, s\u00e4hk\u00f6postia, kasvokkaista tapaamista sek\u00e4 video tapaamista myyntity\u00f6ss\u00e4 eik\u00e4 uusia myyntikanavia yritysmyynniss\u00e4 ole suuressa m\u00e4\u00e4rin ilmennyt.
